We have used the services 6 years with some minor delays and multiple requests to get regular maintenance, but this last year was a major disappointment. Multiple service call times were agreed upon, but no one showed up. Mid-winter pipes busted, and we were advised we would be taken care of due to the "no show" events. This Spring, again multiple requests for service were agreed upon and no one showed up. Finally, the service person arrived and had no idea the promise made to repair pipes. The owner advised it's too expensive and denied help. Licensed and insurance should have helped, but no resolution was offered. The charge quote to us was over $1600.00. Needless to say, we will not use Terry's Irrigation again. It has been the worst experience ever.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

After years of having Terry take care of my irrigation system, I was just told by him to go use Metro. I took a half of day of work 2 weeks ago so that he could winterize our system and after him being 2.5 hours late I called him. He told me they were short handed and would be by in 30 min. Just to be let down again. Way to take care of customers that referred multiply other people your way!!!

Terry's did an amazing job on our irrigation system.Terry (the owner) takes your call, gives you the bid, explains everything, and is on-site working during the installation. I recommend him for any services he provides.These pictures are the very next day after running hundreds of feet of pipe.

Terry is a true professional-- he adapted to our projects short timeline. He helped me provide the right Irrigation for new sod in this heat. It is so nice to deal with a contractor that is patient and knowledgeable!! Thank you Terry!!
