The parking garage is not safe. While I was there my Range Rover was vandalized. Their building manager Adam was very unapologetic and actually wanted to place blame on me for it happening. They also told me there are several blind spots in their security system in the parking garage so they couldn’t even attempt to identify who did it (scary). Based on what has happened around that building which includes a murder you should take significant caution visiting the building.

People here will film you getting shot in the front of the building and do nothing to help. Hive mentality to do nothing is strong here.

Steve Stone is not a good man. Although he is a multi-millionaire, and has exploited St. Louis with his lawyer trickery, he can’t even pay his employees a living wage. Shame on him. He can’t even keep his freight elevator open during normal business hours. He’s an immorally cheap man in expensive suits. He has a bad vibe, and nobody should trust this snake.
