I was visiting Minnesota and stopped to do some shopping at MOA. While walking by a store, the Normal Brand caught my eye. I went in and left with two new shirts and a pair of pants. I absolutely love all of them and they have become my new favorite brand. The store manager was very friendly and helpful. I also noticed that the store had a great selection of sizes and styles, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for stylish and comfortable clothing.

Unfortunately I have to report a bad experience: I bought a shirt and after the first wash it presented some holes. Customer service wasn’t able to help, since I bought it six months ago. Unfortunately I noticed the issue only now.

I ordered their Mystery Box, after getting some really high quality sweatshirts. Most of the pieces were too small, it can't be returned. I posted a review, which they haven't shared. Don't like that they hide the bad reviews. I still love their sweatshirts, but will order what I know will fit.

This has quickly became the place that me and my girlfriend LOVE shopping at. Lets get past that the clothing is incredibly comfortable, very nice quality and just classic. But the staff is wonderful and makes shopping a blast

Great experience! Found the item was looking for fast and was checked out fast at the register too (had to run to play a tennis match) Wish I had more time to shop the store, will be back again very soon!
