Donna Does a fantastic job and is consistent. She is direct and puts all cards on the table, but She is a real dog lover.

I was yelled at by the manager on site. She broke every rule of basic customer service. The customer isn't always right but yelling at one is always wrong. Her issue was that I had waited too long to shave my dog and was cause irritation and bleeding. She was literally yelling at me and told me to never come back. Unbelievable

TLC Grooming is the best dog grooming place in St. Louis area! I've been taking my dogs there for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
