This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.

I came in for a hammer and some nails to hand up some picture frames and I have to say I received some great customer support from the workers. The store manager in particular was very friendly and helpful with finding what I needed

This place is probably more like a 2.5 The epitome of "meh" it's convenient if you're close and literally need nothing from any employee. Service here sucks and will leave you frustrated. Curbside pickup will be at minimum a 15 minutes wait. The one bright spot when it comes to service is walk in order pickup. About 70% of the time, walking in to the customer service spot to pick up an order is a smooth process. Literally every other situation where you interact with a human is 0-1 stars.

Extremely poor communication. We ordered a dishwasher and paid for installation only for the dishwasher to be delivered and to be informed someone will contact us about installation. None of this was communicated beforehand so I was under the impression it would be installed upon delivery. We still have not gotten a call from the plumber who is supposed to come tomorrow( we only learned this from the man who delivered it , we were given no prior communication) but we have no confirmation or when. I have called the Home Depot and they said they cannot confirm the time I have to wait for the plumber to call and schedule it for sometime tomorrow. It is now halfway though the day and we have still had no call from the plumber about installation that is supposedly supposed to happen tomorrow. This is so frustrating we just want to use the dishwasher, would not use their installation again. Poor communication all around.

The worst. Rarely does anyone here actually work. DO NOT try to do online ordering, because they likely won't pull it, or even tell you when it's arrived. I've had orders go over a week without anyone pulling them. I just called about an order because the tracking showed it was delivered to the store over a week ago, but still showed as "processing" on the site. When ai called the store, the cashier said they had my stuff "all over the place." Add to that stockers who are constantly on their phones, wearing earbuds, or having lewd conversations. UPDATE: got a text saying part of my already delayed and messed up order was in. Came to the store. Part of my order was not in. It was lost in transit. But no one bothered to tell me.

This is my local Home Depot. Five minutes from my house. Sounds great except service here is terrible. The employees walk the other way if they think you might want to ask a question. Heaven forbid if you need a board cut or a key made. The store is dirty. I have the second star for those few employees who have actually helped me. I hate giving bad reviews. It makes me sad but there are times...........!

Don't waste your time here if you need any service. Tried to purchase a new lock and have it keyed to match my house keys. I was directed to the lumber department. The idiot there told me that must be done by a lock smith and they don't do that at this location.

I'm done with Home Depot altogether. Recently ordered microwave # because none were in stock. The subcontracted delivery/installers were inept. One of them decided it was a "liability" issue to install the microwave because the plug in was hidden behind a cabinet. I explained to him one had been installed 2 years ago with no issues. The installer then went on this liability diatribe so I assume he was a liability attorney that does installations as a side gig. Will never shop Home Depot again. I made them leave the microwave and I'll have it installed by someone else. I'm sure getting the installation fee and old appliance removal fees will be an enormous hassle.

Ok -I've been not a fan for the last few years, however this is the closest to home so I mutter under my breath and give custom to. The last 3 times I've been have been very different - helpful staff who are pleasant and smiling. I haven't had to spend 15 minutes finding someone either. I didn't review until after this visit as I had a hard time believing the change! It's really nice to have a store I don't dread visiting- hope this trend continues!
