A few days ago I had an accident, they gave me stitches on my finger and the staff treated me very well. The doctor who did the stitches was very fast.

I was able to get in quickly. I noticed that everyone working there was chatting and friendly with one another which created a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was professional, thorough, and kind. I had to have blood work done and was very apprehensive about them finding a vein as I've had a lot of chemo which makes it difficult. The nurse was confident and reassuring. Impressively, she got it on the first try! If I need an Urgent Care again, I will be sure to go to the St. Louis Hills location. I was very grateful for the quality of care I received on a day that I felt awful.

The billing department has to be ran by a bunch of morons. I NEVER authorized monthly payments to come out automatically and yet this is the 3rd in a row. They keep your card info from your copay and scam you. Avoid this place!

urgent care is the BEST!
Was given a drug to which I am severely allergic, doctor, pharmacy, and myself not checking label comprised the Perfect Storm for anaphylactic shock. Urgent Care gave me shot and Prednisone. Doing great now!

Once again Urgent Care intervened with what I thought was a minor problem, a feral cat bite. They sent me to a hospital where I am being treated by an Infectious Diseases doctor with IV antibiotics every 8 hours to stop the infection the bite caused from attacking my heart. THANK YOU‼️ ??

I sliced my finger and it required stitches. The staff got me right in , stitches up and put within 30 minutes they were all great!

This is my go-to urgent care. The staff is excellent. They're knowledgeable and very accommodating. Whether I'm here for a migraine cocktail or because I broke my ankle, TAUC is where I'll continue to go.

I went to this urgent care after visiting the Mercy one up the street, which was too busy to see me as a walk-in. I was pleasantly surprised walking into total access to see no line and a helpful receptionist.
My service was efficient and worked well. It was convenient and effective. I saw many NPs and assistants, never the same person twice lol. They were very thorough and kind. I will be back if needed!

I been here before a couple years ago with no issue but this time was bad. The guy at the desk start telling me they dont accept my insurance. I handed him 3 cards and he only looked at the top one. I had to explain to him to look at the others. He also tells me I have to wait like 3 hours after that. I just ended up going to the other location. The other girl at the desk middle aged bigger woman was nice and professional though but the younger guy was horrible.

I recently visited this location after a workplace accident. I was immediately welcomed and brought back for treatment. All of the medical staff was friendly and thorough. I'm very happy with the level of care I received.
