This location is very professional and goes out of their way to be helpful. My rental was on an exceptionally cold day in February (below 0F) and she got the van warmed up before I got there. She also helped when I noticed the mileage out was recorded wrong and explained how to submit the error through the texted link Uhaul sends. I rent 4-5 times a year and have some pretty bad experiences with other locations in the past. I have never had a problem here and would highly recommend them.

Earl was fantastic and changed the experience. Him and the lady behind the counter were very helpful and took the time to explain and answer any questions i had.

I've used many locations over the past decade in a couple of different states, and this is one of, if not THE best! In addition to the equipment being clean and well maintained, the staff are very nice and very accommodating to your individual needs. Highly recommended!

The first two pick up places did not have vehicle keys. Wasted my whole morning driving around from location to location. The Lemay location saved the day. Great service from the team there.

This place was great when it first opened, but since new management took over, its gone downhill. The workers and general manager are not friendly, at least when I was in there on sep 20th. I rent a storage unit there and i recently discovered that the main door to the storage units opens automatically during the day now whereas before you needed to use your swipe card. Not cool in an ungated complex that supposedly advertises top notch security. While the storage unit itself is armed when you swipe in and out, im not happy with the fact that anyone can walk in to the building from the street. Because of this and the change in attitudes from the workers, Im vacating my storage unit by the end of the month.

Rented storage unit and truck. Process was very convenient (we did after hour pick up of truck and had no issues). Seth and Hannah were both extremely friendly and helpful!!!

Rude workers, my husband and a friend was just there trying to get an auto transport dolly and the 2 workers "loni" and another guy were just making fun of my husband (not sure why). I was on the phone with him because he does not speak very well English. I wish this gets to a manager (owner) so they can do something about it.
Supposedly there was no internet or they were having some service issues and wasnt able to help so they kept telling him to call customer service for help. After i called customer service they got ahold of "loni" and suddenly the internet started working. Really bad service

Came here on Sunday June 2nd. I made the apt on line super easy to do. Dropped my Mazda off to have a tow hitch put on. U-Haul has the best price and took really great care of my Mazda CX-5. Chuck installed it and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going here. They get busy there are people with rentals and storage units and people getting hitches installed but they will get to you and will smile and take the time to answer all your questions.
