i only went 6,7 blocks away because i lived nearby. So, i didn't put hardly any miles on the truck. They STILL charged me $19.99 for gas! I guess they're going to make their money by any means necessary. U DON'T treat your customers like that. Especially,when they're the ones whom keep you afloat. NEVER AGAIN. Granted, the truck was very nice and clean.

Staff was not particularly helpful. Very difficult to get information over the phone. Staff seemed to treat U box customers as a nuisance or inconvenience despite paying close to $2000 for the service. I'm guessing the U-Haul model doesn't provide enough profit incentive for the U-box storage. Erika was the only bright spot. For future moving needs, I will go elsewhere.

Uhaul ruined my moving plans. They gave me no warning that they could not fulfill my reservation, which was pivotal to my out of state move. Unfortunately this location could not help me with the issue when i arrived to find no record of my reservation and no trucks in inventory. Uhaul just abandoned their commitment to my order. Make sure to have a good backup option if youre making moving plans soon.

Person who answered the phone defaulted to being very rude and acting like I was stupid for not knowing the difference between uhaul store and a dealer, and then hung up on me when I asked where a store was. Do something else if you can’t even talk on a phone without being a punk.

Both of the people that greeted us was wonderful, but Reggie was AMAZING. He's personality was so refreshing. We end up returning it a little late but when I called to explain he was polite the whole time. A wonderful experience. They got me in and out, renting and returning, quick and with a smile.!

This place is terrible the elevator is always down and there is only one way to get to your storage unit, which is the elevator. On top if that if people are moving in and out and there is only one elevator guess what you have to wait. I am a sales rep who has to go to there storage unit daily and this place is constantly down and I am always waiting. On top of that the manager or whoever works at the front little skinny white guy with short hair no beard was rude af. He couldn't even stop to answer my question as to how I an suppose to get my items out of storage. Take your business somewhere else. I will be closing out my unit as soon as the elevator starts working.

My spouse and I had an appointment for 10:15 and we brought our 2 year old along with us.When we arrived we were informed that the system were running very slow, after about 15 minutes, we asked would they be able to use a form to take our information down or use cash or some other alternative, the guy ignored us and we had to keep repeating ourselves. He never apologized for the inconvenience or showed any empathy while having our 2 year old who was getting impatient as well. We had no other choice but to wait because they had the van we needed that no other location had. We got our rental 45 minutes after system malfunctions which pushed our day back and made us an hr and 30 minutes late to an important event we needed to be at. Still no customer service was shown about the inconvenience! I feel like we should have been offered a discount or something or a coupon if we use them again or compensate us completely. When you spend $130 with a company you want to feel good about. Train your employees to have better customer service skills and value your customers. I will be letting all my friends, family and any social media sites know about this matter!

Great fast service
