It was ok, but the final charges should be stated on the app. I had to contact customer service to see why there was a separate charge for my rental. It turns out it was the “fuel charge”. Even tho I put fuel in there right back at the same spot it was when I picked it up. Oh & customer service was rude as well. But whatever. The truck served its purpose. The storage unit/facility was great tho.

LOL this place is a complete joke. It was raining so their system was down (cuz that makes sense). The guy kept insisting that this happens and to be patient and everything was okay. We had to complete the rental process on the app while the guy working spoke to a representative from another location. 45 minutes later we had keys. They did not have furniture pads because “they are a small store and they are first come, first serve” (cuz that makes sense). Anyways, avoid this place literally. The guy working even said “go to another place”

After 10, you can get in, but you can't get out, and the manager never answers to assist you if you have to ask for help out. But if you climb the gate and put your code in on the outside, it will let you out. It should be the opposite way round. As a result, there is a handful of people who live there, and even a few people live in their cars on site because they can just claim to be locked in. They say no smoking on site, but the employees smoke ?. There are roaches and moths here. I was three days late on my bill and was locked out of my unit. When I signed up the lady seemed to have something better to do despite the fact that she was chilling in her car when I came in the office. It's an OK place, but the one up the street is better, and so is the extra space behind it.

First time using UHaul. Liked the convenience of being able to transport our stuff myself. Easy sign in process through the app. The truck was empty of windshield wiper fluid and I would have benefited from another small mirror on my passenger side like the drivers side had. Overall decent experience and would do it again.

I double checked with attendant if I needed to put more gas in it to avoid charges after putting 5 dollars in and only driving 12 miles and was told I was fine and not to worry then hit with almost 50 bucks worth of gas on my card after I left....

The storage was actually a friend of mine. The roof leaked and damaged some of his things. I give them a VERY poor rating!!!

Each of the staff members are very helpful at this location! Will be coming back to this location for future needs solely because of their assistance in person and over the phone. They outline everything for you so there is no misunderstanding of what needs to be done during your rental.If you use the app to check in/out, you must do every step. I recommend returning with the same amount of gas as when you checked out or they will charge you for the difference.Do not leave your car in the lot or on the side street of the property overnight, there has been thefts in the area.
