Not use this location for Uhaul at all. They were suppose to close at 5 and i got their at 4:45pm. Truck location was closed 15 minutes before their usual printedl closing time. Truck was completely unlocked and back was dirty. I spent an over an hour on the phone with Uhaul traffic just to get the truck and then spent another 12 miles and half an hour to pick up the pads at another location and then was told by uhaul traffic there was no dolly at all. Also was told 15 minutes before I was to pick up the truck, location had changed. And it took over an hour and half before I was able to get the reserved truck and pads.

Wow! This place makes moving easy, and Kenny is incredibly friendly and so helpful!! Not to mention, location is perfect if you are flying out of St Louis.

I have rented from U haul many times and never have I encountered such a friendly and welcoming staff! I will always use this location from here on out if they have what I need in stock!

Doesn't look like much on the outside but the people are personable, kind and got my truck within minutes. I'll be back to rent again in the future.
