Thieves. We rented a truck for a move and confirmed the off-hours drop off location both in person and later on the phone. Later was hit with a vehicle displacement fee along with a rude phone call from their staff. Avoid at all costs.

I rented a truck and had no problems getting one and dropping it off. There was a slight problem with the mileage reporting, however it was quickly sorted out. I would have given five stars however the truck itself was in rough shape, with a constant burning metal smell and the doors hardly being able to close.

Trust us, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Page/170, zero wait. This place, even with you having an appointment, will have a never ending line of 30 customers, with two staff members checking you out. You be be in line for two hours. This is not an exaggeration.

I came to this store to get a cr*p ton of moving and packing supplies. I used their mobile self-checkout which was nice however I accidentally selected the wrong store location (and I'd already loaded everything into my car), meaning I had to unload the entire car, put everything back, drive to the other store, and load up my entire car again. Here enters our hero employee: Pam!! Pam tried to fix my problem 50 ways to Sunday, she called the other store, tried to cancel the order, transfer the order, all the works. She eventually ended up walking the other store through the solution step by step as no one but her seemed to know how to fix it. I genuinely hope she's the manager and if not she deserves a fat raise for going above and beyond. Also a really nice guy employee helped me load everything in my car and was so kind and smiley, everyone was great in general. Definitely recommend this store.

I came in for my reservation and waited 45 minutes and I was second in line! The woman behind the desk was very very rude and kept walking away to look for things or whatever! Very disappointed in this service. She was very nice at the counter once I got there.

U Haul Kingshighway twice cancelled my hitch appointments after I dropped my car off. Their customer service and communication is the worst I've seen. I ended up rescheduling a 3rd time at the Olivette UHaul on Page Road and had a much better experience.

The most disgusting customer experience I’ve ever had with a company.Rented a truck and trailer with full insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance. Paid over $3000. The lights on the trailer stopped working completely after the first night, making it impossible to drive after sundown. When I contacted roadside assistance to help with the trailer, they gave me a 3 hour ETA, then called after 3 hours and said I was out of luck for the night and to wait for morning. They told me there was nothing they could do to fix the trailer, and to just “drive with the hazards on.”THIS HAPPENED TWICE IN TWO DIFFERENT STATES. I CALLED BOTH TIMES FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE THAT I PAID FOR AND BOTH TIMES THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME. They said it was likely a fuse problem, and when I asked if I could open the box to simply replace the fuse, they said it wasn’t allowed and they would have to do it.So I paid for 24/7 roadside assistance, and when I needed roadside assistance, they left me waiting for hours, then called me back and told me they weren’t going to help me. When I asked if I could fix it myself, they said no.

Wanted a hitch put on my jeep, the factory bolts were stuck on jeep were the hitch was to be mounted. The service guy got the bolts off in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Great Customer Service

The whole uhaul experience was awful. Terrible at national and local levels. Spent an hour online being shifted from department to department all I was trying to do was cancel an order finally I had to go in person down to the store and still Didn't get it straightened out

I had a aftermarket hitch installed on my car here. Scheduling was easy, they have weekend appointments and it took them 45 minutes to install the hitch. The checkout line was long, and there was an additional cashier who could have helped but she was playing on her phone right in front of all the people who were waiting in line. Three people were ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to check out and get my keys back.
