I called to ask for estimates on the price for a U-Haul and she would not give me the numbers and told me that I would have to drive all the way there to speak with a person that calculates and knows those numbers. She would not, however, call him to the front to talk to me over the phone, when in fact that person was in the building and able to talk about it if he’s able to come to the front when I physically get there. Wasting my gas, time and resources if they did not have a uhual in the size I needed, she wouldn’t even give me any inventory on what size they had. I called March 18th at 11:50 AM and talked with a female.
