Upack was great to work with start to finish. My family and I however were total disasters. We wildly overestimated our ability to pack everything ourselves (y'all, hire movers, I'm begging you) and missed the day we thought we'd load. Upack was *amazing* at rescheduling, working with us, and making it no problem at all. I actually couldn't believe how nice everyone was the entire time. I called multiple times, at one point had an actual panic attack from the stress. Linda at dispatch literally gave me breathing exercises and was so sweet (shout out to you Linda, you absolute gem of a human, I hope your pillows are always cool, your pasta always al-dente). Everyone here was fantastic. My move was unbelievably hard but Upack really came through. Our stuff was picked up and dropped off on time, no issues there. Guy who dropped off had amazing forklift skills and was very chill. Thanks so much to all of you, you're the best.

I reached out to U-Pack in Tucson, Az. We decided on using a 28’ trailer. It was delivered on the day ordered. We packed it up and they came on the day ordered.
Moved to Missouri and our household actually made it to the St Louis area before we did. I called to set up a day for the delivery to our new home. The trailer was delivered as ordered.
I went to the website and set up help to unpack our household. The men were hard working and so polite!!
This whole experience went so well!
If you’re moving out of State I would highly recommend U-Pack! Such a professional and honest company!

We Used U-Pack to move. They were really great to work with. the trailer was delivered on time on both ends. The drivers were friendly, and customer servicer was always helpful.

I'm not usually a reviewer, but I can't help but give U-Pack five stars! They made our cross-country move much easier than it could have been. Customer service was top-notch, our drivers were incredibly friendly and up to problem-solving, the quote we got was honoured, and transit time was fast. Overall, this service was way cheaper and way better than any alternative we explored! I'm very happy to recommend it to anyone looking for a budget move.

U-Pack was great to work with for my move from Missouri to Michigan. I had three ReloCubes delivered and only ended up needing two; I appreciate that you only pay for the Cubes you use, and.
Delivery of the cubes, both for packing and later unpacking was easy. They arrived right on schedule and the delivery guys were great, setting the cubes so I could still park in my driveway and access my garage for loading and unloading.
It took longer than expected to find a house in Michigan, so I called to have my two containers sent to a nearby storage facility until I was ready for them. Calling in the change to add storage, and then retrieve them months later was quick and straightforward.
U-Pack made it very easy to move across several states without rushing to find a house. All my belongings in the ReloCubes stayed dry and intact. If I ever have another move like this I'm contacting U-Pack to help me out.

The Upack experience - on average - has been the smooth-est. In the past 10 years, I moved across states about 10 times and I had U-pack around 3 times. I guess you get what you pay for although the price can be a little bit lower.
The container option with 13 feet of space is more than enough for my 2-bedroom move. The only one problem I got was when I used the Relo-cube where I packed things too dense and the weight of one single cube surprised the forklift driver. A potential drop of the cube left some impacts on my plastic moving boxes and broke some of my porcelain stuffs.
If you have money to spend, go with U-pack. Let them move things for you and use that spare time for a vacation like I did.

We had nice experience with U-Pack. The costumer service is friendly and helpful. They explain how things work thoroughly and work with you to set up the shipment. They understand that you have so much on your plate (while moving) and are patient. The shipping arrives on time and you could track things real-time.
As for the content, the container comes empty. We were new to this, so we started packed things in a semi-chaotic way, and we decided to put lots of cushions between items in the container.
We finished by securing things in place using bubble-wrap, stretch wraps and few ratchet and bungee ropes. When we received the container, everything was in place. The company treated the container properly and not too much juggling happened.
Great service, thanks.
One last thing, if i will do it again, and when we have more furniture to ship using U-Pack, I will start by securing everything with bungee and ratchet ropes from the beginning, as you will be close to the walls and can attach those ropes to the edges of the container. and move slowly to the front of the container. However, it worked for us this way, this time.

My experience with U pack was awesome, everything from truck delivery and pick up, explanation of use of divider and ramp and confirmation of delivery was super and I would suggest them to anyone.

U pack services and personnel were all fantastic. We shopped around and they were the most cost effective for a cross country move. From St. Louis to Albuquerque everyone we interacted with was professional, pleasant and on time. We liked that our belongings were secure behind the bulkhead, locked with our personal lock. The furniture arrived quickly and they picked up the empty trailer within an hour of us calling to request removal. It was so nice to have the trailer off the street for the week-end. We highly recommend this company.

On-time, professional, and responsive! Drop off of the containers was challenging due to the congested nature of the street. However, the driver did a great job maneuvering across 3 traffic lanes and placing the parking cubes exactly how I wanted them with the doors on the curb. Kudos to you!Whenever I had questions, the call service center answered all my questions.Pick up was also a breeze.

They recently handled my move from KY to WA, when my large load got stuck in ID in the snow, customer service handled things with exceptional service putting my travels at high priority getting me my possessions at the fastest possible date! I SO APPRECIATE their customer care person "Kendall" who kept me up with info up-to-date who went out of his way helping me! Thank you!

We used u-pack to move states and I cannot say enough good things about them. The trailer was clean when we got it. I called customer service because we had some trouble with the bulk heads. I had to change the delivery location twice (life is crazy) and the customer service was amazing and they were so nice and helpful. Once we finally got our trailer delivered we couldn’t get to our stuff because the bar locking the bulkhead to the trailer had been bent. I called and they sent someone who was there within an hour to help us. I recommend u-pack to everyone!!!

Just moved from the West coast. I had to call twice (once for general questions and once to change the payment method on file) and the customer service people were great.I paid exactly what they estimated (no hidden fees tacked on out of the blue.)The drivers for both pick up and drop off were professional and courteous and communicated well I'm advance so I would know what to expect. They both handled the forklift very well so I was never worried about property damage.
