  If you are looking for a company to use, I promise you, this is the one. Skip the big name overseas call centers and give your business to these young men at You Move Me instead!!!!! They are locally owned and operated, and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. As a single mom, moving is scary, and seems next to impossible. I called on a Friday afternoon, desperate for help, and only 2 days before the deadline. The owner, Chris, came out to my home that Friday evening, it was freezing cold and snowing. He waited patiently, accommodated every single detail, was honest and reasonable and kind. He said his operations manager, DT, would be out first thing the next day with a crew and have everything taken care of and worked with me so I could afford to pay for all of the work that needed to be done. As promised, DT was there with Jerry, Devin, and James, and these 4 men did absolutely everything, and I mean everything. They worked so hard, with smiling faces and "yes ma'am's" and "no thank you's". What these guys have done for me is nothing short of a miracle and I will be forever grateful....

  Had difficulty getting through the phone lines, but good customer service once connecting. Haven't actually had the move yet, thus the 4-star

  After receiving a ridiculous quote we decided to cancel and go with another company. The real problem came about when they charged my credit card and my checking account for the same 99 dollar downpayment But after we canceled the next day they refunded the money to my credit card but are now trying to keep the money for the same charge from my debit card. I've filed a dispute with my bank By the way they wanted over $3000.00 for our move Simple Moves quoted us $1200.00

  3 out of 5 stars because of the misinformation regarding the price from the jump. I also ordered 2 movers & their moving truck. They brought 3 movers & charged me for the 3rd one unbeknownst to me. I asked for a refund for the 3rd guy & was told the 3rd guy helped it go faster which saved me time. I was rushed off the phone & told someone would contact me but they didn't return my calls nor emails afterwards. I was charged over $100 for the 3rd mover per their rep. The movers did a good job & were respectful/mannerable . I just didn't appreciate being blindsided & ignored by the company once they'd gotten their money!
