I have been a loyal diamond customer for years now and I live close to the south county location. I do most of my shopping via pick up orders. I have also had to do plenty of same day returns if I was unhappy with the product. So trust me, I know the process. I had my daughter return a lipstick I purchased this morning. I am on facetime, so I can hear everything being said. First, the girl at the register tried to tell her that I did not even make a purchase. 1st Lie. I sent my daughter a screen shot of the pick up email containing the barcode with the order number and product. She still tried to tell her I didn't make a purchase. 2nd lie. Then I hear her tell my daughter that I have to wait 24 hours for it to crossover in their system, so they can see it. 3rd lie. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH NON-SENSE. I HAVE MADE PLENTY OF RETURNS THE SAME DAY AND THERE WAS NEVER ANY ISSUE. OBVIOUSLY THIS GIRL HAD NO CLUE WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. My daughter said another girl came up to assist that looked like she could be a manager or lead of sorts. I could hear the other girl agreeing with her that I have to wait 24 hours. My daughter asked her if this was new because is was on the phone with her telling her that is false information. She stated, that this is how it has always been. 4th Lie. She said the manager/lead who came up to assist didn't even look at the screen or try to figure out what the issue was. I told my daughter to leave because I was already upset because they were lying to her. I had to inconvenience myself, leave the house, meet up with my daughter to retrieve my product and had to drive out of the way to fenton to another Ulta. I told my daughter that i would receive no issues out there because i know the return process and so do they. WHAT HAPPENED? THEY RETURNED MY PRODUCT WITH NO PROBLEM. I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS. I have shopped at the south county location for years, but will never again. Ulta, please make sure your staff know their policies and procedures and make sure your managers are knowledgeable. So you don't end up with the blind leading the blind. To inconvenience a customer like that is absolute crazy to me when you all are the ones incorrect.

Victoria did my brow service a few days ago and she completely blew me away. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t plan on buying products but after she used them on me I couldn’t resist. Thank you!

The store itself isn’t bad but the workers are extremely weird and disrespectful. It’s almost like a high school bully every time I go in there. I’m basically hounded and stalked bc I guess they think I’m going to steal something. The last four times I was at the store, I was with my literal newborn in his stroller and if I’m in the perfume isle, there’s like five other employees literally standing around me in a circle the entire time giving me dirty looks. It’s such an uncomfortable feeling being judged for something you’re not even doing. I’m sure they get a lot of theft at that store but I mean come on unless you have actual reason to believe someone is stealing you can’t just profile everybody that walks in the door. I feel like if you’re not wearing $1000 Gucci shoes all of a sudden you’re a thief because you’re poor or something.

My daughter, granddaughter and I went to the south county store in Missouri. The customer wasn’t bad, and when we went to check out I spent 154.00 in products. The clerk says I get a free gift, she comes back and says that they are out and gives me a 866 number to call and that they would send it to me. So I got home call the number and it was a number to lifeline for elderly people who can order those in case they fall. So I called store and whoever I talked was rude. Saying they don’t mail out free gifts to customers and if I want a free bracelet, that I can go up there and get it. First of all, why could’ve I gotten when I was there in the first place. Then she wouldn’t listen to me, all she kept saying is there anything else, over and over again. Those people either needs to be retrained or fire them and hire people with better customer service. I will never go to that store again unless I have too.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Siobhan at the South County srore! I went in to pick up an online order and on a whim I asked if there was anyone who could help teach me how to do a wing liner. I was introduced to her and she was simply amazing. She is wonderful teacher and coach who leaned into my learning style and was informative on all of the questions I had. She was able to help me freshen my look all around which made me feel so good about myself for the first time in a while.
She is a true gem and I look forward to having her teach me how to do an evening face next! Amazing customer service skills!

The location is ok. It's not the easiest to get to. And It's a smaller location.
The shelves were not neat, and there were many empty spots for products.

Almost every product I was there for was not in stock or at least not even on the shelves. The music was great!

I wanna give a HUGE shoutout to Jaden. She was kind, patient, helpful, just overall a customer service queen. I had issues with the gift card, and she went above and beyond to turn a bad trip to a great one. 5 stars to her. Thank you again.

They certainly watch you closely here in my opinion. Very uncomfortable. Wanted to go there for fun and felt watched and mostly by the perfume and higher end makeup section.
