I had a really frustrating experience at this UPS Store. The employee who helped me had an attitude the entire time and acted like answering basic questions was a burden. This was my first time returning a package, and instead of being helpful or at least respectful, she seemed stuck-up and annoyed from the moment I walked in. Customer service matters — especially when someone is just trying to figure things out. If you don’t want to help people, maybe you’re in the wrong job.

I was growing impatient with the arrival of a delivery. Alexia took the time to place a call to find out exactly how far the package was from its destination. I appreciate that greatly. I am happy that she handled the transaction.

I went to this location for the first time yesterday. I made a care package for my Father who is having a tough time right now. The female representative of native Indian American decent was extremely rude and condescending towards me in our whole interaction. I asked her when could I expect the package to arrive in NC she replied Wednesday. I inquired about the up-charge for the package to arrive sooner she then stated there would be an over one hundred dollar charge should I want the package to arrive sooner. Didn’t make sense at all to me. So I opted for it to arrive Wednesday. As if I had not been through enough emotional disregard and lack of common courtesy, She threw my package down. I will not be coming back to this location. I’m hoping that my package arrives in Greensboro NC when it should. That female representative needs to be placed in a position with minimal human interaction because that was disgusting distasteful and unacceptable. If You are looking to encounter a friendly exchange DO NOT COME HERE!! If YOU ARE LOOKING FOR REASONABLE PRICING DO NOT COME HERE!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO BE HANDLED WITH CARE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! If YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE TREATED PROPERLY AND FAIRLY DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go else where!!

They always help me and call me when my packages arrive and are always friendly and ready to assist. I think the bad reviews are only because you didn’t give them the opportunity. I felt different when i first started with their facility over 2-3 years ago but now that I know them they are the best!!!

This store is always fast and efficient. Alexia was very nice, efficient and gave such great service. So very thankful.
