Latin guy in there is very rude. I approached him and he rudely replied “I’m doing something” instead of saying something like “excuse me ____ can help you right over there.” Then I went to the other girl who was working and she also had a horrible attitude.

The person who helped me i'm not sure what her name is they are not wearing any name tags. She was very condescending and rude toward every customer before me and including me. She spoke to people as if they were children. They completed their work however you are met with attitude and disdain when you walk into their establishment. Highly recommend a different UPS Store.

Like others, I had significant problems trying to use this location. 1. Tried to charge me $5 for a package I had redirected there via MyChoice. That is NOT a thing. Dropped the claim when I called them out on it. 2. Tried to give me someone else's package with same last name, claiming the sender had misspelled my name. Not secure, predatory, do not use!!!

This store is unprofessional. The charge to send Amazon packages back, Amazon pays for some returns. The charge for tape too. None of the other UPS stores charge for tape. I will not be back there.

Owner complained that I should pay to have pkg's delivered there. I stated that was UPS's policy. On next visit told me I didn't have any pkg's and my notifications were erroneous, until I pointed out one of my pkg's on the shelf. Changing my "UPS MY CHOICE" preferences asap and no longer patronizing. CONSUMER BEWARE!

I had a really disappointing experience at the location at 10990 New Halls Ferry Rd J St. Louis, MO 63136. I entered the store to drop off a cell phone in a box with a return label. As I proceeded to place the box on the counter, the owner Dakssa Deasi began to mumble under his breath. "YALL can't just drop boxes off like this." He pointed at the sign and said JESUS CHRIST. It's right here. I Didn't have tape on the box. Just a return label. Then said I need to buy some tape. He was taping another box the entire time, right in front of me. I didn't understand why he felt like he needed to raise his voice. I began to get upset so I asked him if he was going to take the box or not. He said well I don't know. At this point he was just being ignorant. I asked for his name and he said, "What do I look like giving you my name. I'm not giving it to you." So I went online and his picture and name are on the website as the owner. This is really upsetting. You can't just talk to people any way and if he wasn't going to take the package he could have led with that instead of unleashing his frustrations on me. I walked out and said that all of that wasn't even necessary over some tape and I hope you have a better day. Horrible way to treat customers. Will not be back because it was obvious he didn't care.

Long time and loyal customer. I got my first box when the store was at Clock Tower as a Mailbox, Etc. They moved to their New Halls Ferry location, and I stayed with them, even with a change of management, I still get great and friendly service there. For those who cannot or do not want to receive packages at their residence, I highly recommend getting a UPS Store private mailbox. One stop, and I get everything at once.

Horrible customer service. Was left outside in the cold while worker stayed on phone. Store hours state opened at 8:30am. Was there st 8:45 am and still would not open the door. I will not be returning. I deserve to be treated better.

This ups is the most UNPROFESSIONAL store I have ever dealt with. The young chick Lexi, rude, unhelpful, talked down about me and other customers while I’m assuming she thought she had me on hold/mute. Basic customer service skills are needed here.

I absolutely HATE going to this ups. My stuff is frequently lost or late and the girls that work there are rude and helpless. I guess I will have to make the drive to a further one.

I had a return and needed to print label the foreign lady counter person had a very nasty attitude when asking about their email that's why I hate going to Some businesses in the neighborhood she was No help at all, but finally I asked Alexia for help and she was very helpful thank you Alexia
