Quick in and out. Make sure you already printed a label and affixed it to your package. This access point is inside an auto parts store and they do not have boxes or a way to print your label. They are just a drop off point for a UPS driver to pick up from.

I have not experienced a more rider person behind the desk. And I'm not the only person she has done this to.she should be fired.i'm taking this further then this that's how bad and rude she is.i'm not the only person with this same complaint.i was going to talk to the manager but I was to mad. She is hateful. I don't know her name. I don't like to say it this way but she was the only black bwoman

There is no signs to let you know it is in the Advanced Auto parts store.

Do not use this location for ups! They are not caught up with technology. You have to have printed labels and your own bag or box. They will not scan bar codes.

Not a drop box.You must speak with a worker at the store to ship.Make sure to get an email receipt.

Never posted a negative review before, but have never been so poorly treated by an employee before. I have never had an issue with this particular UPS store location until today when I was served by Bill Thompson. During a routine package drop off , he became extremely rude for no apparent reason. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder and a very short fuse. He then became confrontational and down right aggressive. I can see from the comments below that this is a pattern for him. Suggest the owner of this business review this employee’s conduct. It’s not befitting of UPS.
