Waited hours for a driver to pickup equipment. He stated he came here, which he did not. The excuses weren’t even logical “he was there 3 minutes ago” then filled his truck up completely within 180 seconds and could not circle back (we have cameras on the property, no one came). A second driver was scheduled to come hours later, he also no call no showed. Waited hours and hours for nothing to happen. I would stay away from this company, I will remove the review if they right the wrong.

Tforce sucks.. has had my package at the stl terminal for 2 weeks and can't get a hold of anyone to have it scheduled for delivery or just come pick it up even tho i paid for delivery and main headquarters they keep telling me next tues or will be there thurs. Tforce obviously doesn't care about customers

200.00 to ship with you and a week of taking off work to wait for the delivery just to get rescheduled. Keep it I will get a refund in full and never ship with Tforce again!

Please consider using a different carrier. My company Ekcomed recevied a delivery where Tforce freight called in advance for payment on delivery (COD) and we paid driver in full and have proof. Then TForce invoiced us 2 weeks later for additional money. I have had a foreign call center hound us for money for 10 months and their turnover is so high they never resolved our issue. Now it is at collections. I am paying ransom, but this is wrong. Stay away from these guys!
