Very rude, just got off work myself trying to do a return the 3 ladies wouldn’t help me and they were about to just cut off the lights and lock me in there I guess. Will not be returning to this location. Poor customer service.

I can't say enough about the service I received from Sharde' at the UPS store. I've always traveled out of my way to visit this location because I know I'll receive excellent, professional, and friendly service every time. This visit was no different.
I was feeling dejected after realizing I was unprepared for my return and was about to leave when Sharde' stepped in. She stopped me, asked what was wrong, and presented a clear solution. She wasn't just helpful; she was empathetic. She gave me a quiet space to complete my tasks and never rushed me, even as a sudden rush of customers came in.
The entire team handled the influx with remarkable efficiency and good humor. I overheard their interactions and was impressed by their quick, succinct knowledge of store policies and prices. Everyone was assisted quickly and left in good spirits. Once I was ready, Sharde' gave me her full attention, looked me in the eye, and sincerely thanked me for my business. This experience with her truly made a frustrating return process feel like a pleasant one.

The team at the UPS Store in the Central West End is truly next level. Every time I walk in, they remember me and even ask how my week’s been — who does that these days? It’s such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference.
It’s rare to walk into any store, let alone a busy shipping and printing spot, and feel like the staff genuinely cares. Here, you’re not just another package in the pile — you’re a neighbor they know by name.
In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this place stands out. Friendly, professional, and just genuinely good people. I can’t say enough about how great it feels to support a local business where the staff actually cares about their customers.

Awesome customer service! The fair skinned woman with glasses greeted me and let me know that she would be with me shortly while dealing with a customer in front of her but still acknowledging me coming into the store. Danita(May have wrong spelling) was very patient and helpful as I was having trouble with locating the proper e-label for her to print out,having her print out the same e-label by mistake several times. I am always in and out in a timely manner and my return packages were sent out same day as I received an email next day stating my packages had arrived back. This UPD location is close to home and will always be my go to. Thank you ladies.

Needed a service a done and of course a notary only works certain hours and left early one day smh. Well I planned on spending my money which I know there are free services but hey can't support everyone
