I love the quick service and professionalism of the staff at this location. I had several things to resolve and the young man was so knowledgeable about everything and this was not his normal work location.

The ATM ate my card. It's a Saturday and my birthday, and it ate it. It kept telling me to take my card and yet wouldn't release it. That's my whole paycheck. Happy birthday to me

Already not a fan of U.S. Bank due to previously having account issues with them. However they bought my home loan from Pulaski Bank so now I'm stuck dealing with them.Visited this location today to pay my mortgage and reluctantly to open a checking account so I don't have to continue coming in person to pay.Was told I have to call and make an appointment to open a checking account. I told the teller I've never heard of calling to make an appointment to open a checking account. The teller sarcastically responded that we've never had a pandemic before either. The manager who always has an attitude was glaring at me over her glasses with an evil look and rudely said "we don't do it after 4 anyway" this is the second time in the last year that I visited this location and both times felt unwelcoming. It's ok U.S. Bank, I'll keep depositing my money elsewhere.

Customer service not so good. Banking system’s app is buggy when it comes to using Zelle as well. I tried to link my email and password to Zelle but it kept giving me an error message. After many attempts to try to get it linked it failed and I called my local branch. They were very rude and impatient and ended up transferring me over to a different support team. My account was also closed recently for no reason and now I can’t recover money. I’m very upset and highly recommend not using this bank.

I got told I could not get change back on my deposit due to audit reasons but what I find funny is that any other US bank I go to they don't have an issue giving me my change back. Also the red headed old bag is just rude as hell. Even after I spoke to the manager she still tried to argue with me about my change order the old bag tried to keep 20$ of my money! Then had the nerve to say I'll give it to you this time but next time I won't. Hold up dummy if you thought I was scamming you why would you give me the money! She knew what she did a whole 20 minutes of arguing because she tried to keep money! Super unprofessional!!

I will never go inside to do any bank business they have no sign in sheet so people just walk in after you get into their safe box while you been sitting there waiting to get in yours. The security monitor should just stand there and look out the window and stop acting like he knows what's going on with banking business.

BEAWARE FOR YOUR SAFETY! I was shot at while working at this location and I was unarmed security guard which I think Ridiculous for this high crime area. I was eventually fired while pursuing Work Compensation benefits.

I love this bank! The tellers are always nice and have always been very honest. I made a $100 mistake on a deposit once that the teller could have easily pocketed but he was honest and told me about it. I appreciate that kind of honesty in this day of age. Thank you. US BANK.

Slowest service, inside or drive up, plan on at least spending 30 minutes easy. The tellers were helpful, just slow!
