She proactively reached out to help me set up new savings & checking accounts, and her kindness and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Maddie was incredibly efficient, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Just got off the phone with the supervisor/lead or management named “Pierre” he told me that his staff had every right to deny my request for opening an account based on my appearance…. He’s a black man mind you.

Staff is always super great when I go to get quarters but I just got my first maintenance fee for my SAVINGS ACCOUNT that no one mentioned. What's the point of interest having savings account if more than i make in interest comes out each and every month.Not a fan of having money removed without being told and if I want to close my account I have to pay an early closing fee, which may be their right but shows a complete lack of respect for the finaces of of their people. Banks are garbage, I let someone talk me into this one, but I'm gonna stick with CUs from now on.

Absolutely terrible service. I came in to get paperwork notarized had called and explained my situation being a part of the safe at home program they said it was not an issue because my drivers license is different. I took an early lunch to come down and of course they refused to help. Manager did nothing to assist even with showing him when and who I spoke with.
