Mail hasn’t been delivered in over 3 weeks was told on a recorded call that they may have thrown it away and then the manager recanted what she said and said she didn’t say it . I put in hold order but still no mail. When I call it’s an attitude each time with deep sighs on the other end as if I’m annoying someone who has chosen this job. The unprofessional is at an all time high. People are only trying to retrieve their mail and packages it’s very sad to have to deal with. Needs to be shut down or new workers hired immediately

I came in on Thursday 4/17/2025 to locate a package they told me to wait until Monday. I come inside to speak with a manager and she (Ms Bell; short light skin thick woman with short blonde hair) comes to the front with attitude and I was trying to give a brief explanation of what I needed a manager for, but instead of listening she constantly cuts me off, and kept saying I didn’t talk to her, regardless of it was her or not she kept over talking me and I told her to calm down and we not about to start this today and she said we not and walked away mid convo. She then told another worker to handle that. She never came back she kept talking from behind the wall and I believe as a manager that’s super unprofessional annoying and frustrating as a customer to try to get help from someone who is suppose to be a leader or in charge and they can just do whatever with no consequences or nothing being said or done. So as a request I am asking that Ms Bell give me a proper and professional apology.

My mail doesn't get delivered, I have a tracking to see what's coming I only receive mail on fridays even though I be having stuff coming it seems as if the delivery driver is skipping homes this is ridiculous this has been going on for two months now

Mail nit being delivered. USPS was once a noble job to have. Was dependable. Not anymore. No mail for days or the incorrect mail being delivered. The service at the office is no better. Unprofessional, attitudes. No empathy or compassion for individuals receiving medication or checks to take care of business. You have no one to call and when you go to the office they look at you as if you’re the problem.

Horrible location they had a long line and they opened up late, we (other customers)are still standing here with no service. They opened that blue door looked at us all and slammed it back.
Went on to finish there conversation.
How/why is this location still open with star ratings like this.

Service is horrible. Hours of operation getting later than most government service and regular business. 9:30 am opening really drop hours horrible too The liquor store opens before the post office The beauty supply open before the post office. Hell the Aldi and the entire city be open but not the post office
Mail doesn't come when it's posted on tracking says it been delivered. Mail courier will disregard your mail box and throw it wherever however. No mail ? could be any worse.

So this wonderful establishment allows their employees to steal packages and the only advise they offer is call the company and get it refunded. I was also told by the manager that claiming a lost package is a waste of time because they will only go off the scan. Nothing will be done. The mail carrier is allowed to get high and hang out in the complex. He's there at 7am constantly going in and out until 10 or 11pm. Truck abandoned for hours and open. So anyone can can go in it. After talking to the manager I feel like she's in on the scam.

There's too frequent of deliveries being sent to the wrong address or missing. The mail carriers are always on the phone while delivering mail... this could explain why packages end up at the wrong address (open your eyes and match the address with the package number). Do better!

I have recieved courteous & professional service from postal clerks, and on the other hand recieved service from rude, unprofessional clerks. This is the location assigned to my residence. So I enter with a smile my on my face, picing up and discarding tickets & receipts from previous customers. We must be the change we want to see...

The lady behind the counter was EXCELLENT with excellent customer service. The gentleman in the back found my package promptly. I've always had great service at this location. THANK YOU
