I'm leaving the country tomorrow and need to send packages. I walk in and the lady has a straight face and tells me she hasn't done a customs form in 15 years and she'll TRY to do it correct... Umm yea no thanks... Kinda want my package delivered correctly.

It’s 1:30 on a Tuesday and they are closed.

This location is the reason they want to close all of them. No scale to weigh your packages. They're closed at 3pm for lunch. The employees have terrible attitudes. Go literally anywhere else.

this is the worst usps branch. rarely open when they’re supposed to be

This branch desperately needs a self-service kiosk. There is never more than one person working and the line is always long. During the holidays the outside mailbox gets so full I’ve seen mail spilling out of it. Absolutely the worst branch I’ve ever been to.

Least friendly employee and generally unreliable hours.

Don't even deserve a star today. Supposed to be open at 9a.m., slap an inconvenient note on the wall that the're opening at 10:45a.m., then dont actually open the doors till 11a.m. No apologies for those waiting in line. Our hard earned tax dollars at work again folks.

As of Monday, May 19th, the service at this location was completely unacceptable. Both the employee and the supervisor on duty were more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. When I asked for basic mailing support—such as tape for a package that already had a box—they declined. They also refused to apply a tracking label, instead telling me to just write the address directly on the box, which is not only unprofessional but unacceptable for a shipping service.
To make things worse, both the employee and the supervisor refused to give their names when I asked—clearly trying to avoid accountability for their behavior.
If you’re this unhappy in your job that you can’t even perform the bare minimum, maybe it’s time to step aside and let someone who cares do the work. I strongly encourage corporate to investigate and consider replacing both individuals.
And if either of you employees happen to see this—yes, this is the same guy who left the Yelp review too. Your attitude and refusal to do your job made an impression, and not a good one.
Avoid this location if you value your time, your package, or being treated like a human being.

Could I give this place zero stars?? Fast food workers are nicer than the employees here. The lady mistyped the zip code in the system and I had ten other packages and didn't notice til the receipt was printed. She then told me it was my fault and I shouldn't have been staring at my phone. Really, lady? I am not your child and you are a government employee. Show some professionalism, even if you hate your job and your life, jeez. Then she wouldn't even retrieve the package to correct it. She told me it was too late and it was already scanned in and in the outgoing container. WELL GO GET IT OUT! Ridiculous. That package was shipped back and forth all over the country until someone, somewhere finally recognized the mistake and corrected it. It made it to the intended address a month later. I don't hate much but I do hate going here.

Absolutely rude Brentwood post office counter workers. They obviously hate their jobs and do their best to ruin people’s day. Every time I go there, I say I won’t go back. For sure now I won’t.

I had to mail off my divorce papers this morning, I was obviously very emotional. I just wanted to say thank you to the clerk Ms Brenda. She was soooooo understanding and helpful. It really shocked me because I watched other customers be extremelyyyyyyy rude and disrespectfullllllllllllll to her. Instead of her letting that upset her she was still so kind. To others it may not seem like a big deal but to me it meant a lot that during one of my lowest times in life she was so kind and gentle. Thank you Brenda!!!!!!!

If the hours say open until 5pm, they should be open until 5pm. You also never know what to expect in regard to customer service.

I’ve been to this post office on several occasions and my opinion is this, the majority of the times the ladies there are dealing with alot of entitled people. They choose to not accept what is told to them because “they’ve always done it this way before” despite being told what the rules are now. I’ve noticed that if it’s not what they want to hear then all of a sudden the employees are deemed rude, that’s a bad jacket to put on someone or an establishment. Brentwood has a problem with the fact that it is two ladies of color in there and no matter what they say or do if it’s not what is wanted to be heard(no matter how they say it) it will be a problem and they’ll run to the internet.Like I said in the beginning I’ve been here several times and I will continue to come.
