Unfortunately, I cant leave a zero review for this branch. Every time I want to give them a chance, they do something lame, like not trying to find my missing package. The area stays saturated with low quality customer service , smh.

If I could give 0 zero stars I would. They are the WORST post office I have ever dealt with in my 35 years of life. They will NEVER deliver the mail, the employees for the most part are HORRIBLE, and they will NEVER do ANYTHING for you. If you can avoid this place plz do so cuz u will leave so mad it’s not even worth the trip.

It's the 30th. Basically the 1st of the month and chks came out. It's 1 window open and a line out the door. Why is there never enough workers at the front service desks? Then they argue with you about the app that CLEARLY says your package is at the post office. That It's not. 😑Then they have the nerve to have an attitude because people are asking them questions. Shut it down and do a whole new hire crew for this sight. 👎👎👎👎👎

I recently got the usps app that shows what mail or packages I’m to receive that day. I was informed by postal workers it’s not accurate well some days it is accurate the only time it hasn’t been is when I don’t receive the mail? Last month my check wasn’t delivered till the 10th ? Worst post office ever. They get a no star I’ve tried making complaints but that just makes them angry now I barely receive anything? I gave 1 star minus terrible service

I have been in a few times lately since selling eBay, no matter what time of day it is there are always a couple ladies there ready to help and with no line!! I have no complaints, seems like they are doing a great job! Thanks!

My mail smelled 👃 like smoke today 4/4/24.
I'm a non-smoker and did like it and/or mail smelling of this nicotine.
And some days I don't get mail at all and i know I should get mail because I have the app on my phone ( USPS.com/previewmail ) to see what mail and packages coming to my home. Never did get my vehicle registration card last month (8/2/24 ). And Friday ( 9/13/244 ) when I went to mail a package no one was at the front counter for like 20/30 minutes i have pictures and this isn't the first time no one was at the counter when I came into the weathers post office on kingshighway & natural bridge.

Their drivers steal packages. I’ve several times waited when given a notification that my packages are out for distribution. I only receive a notification the next day that the package was delivered the previous day. Door camera doesn’t see anyone delivering a package. When you ask at their offices, they only ask you to file a claim. When you follow up on the claim, it just points out that the package was delivered. These are serial thieves. I’ll use Amazon.

My regular mail person is on vacation the people filling in are NOT POSTAL workers they can't be I can get grade school children to do a better job. Obviously they can't READ or they don't give a hoot. My neighbor had my mail and my neighbor's mail 3 different addresses the man across the street had mail for 4 different addresses on the next street over. I'm contacting corporate office about the people that they employee.

As I stand waiting for the supervisor after a rude exhaustive conversation with the RSS member at the front counter, it’s taking the supervisor over 20 mins to see me about my package that was recently delivered at the wrong address. They are a group of incompetent people who don’t care about their customers mail or any relation to it. The postal service is absolute disgrace.

I've been waiting on a pair of glasses to come in the mail. Eye glass company and shipping have been fast except for one thing. My tracking shows its been stuck at this Post Office for 3 days(Preparing for delivery) . During the weekdays, No holidays, and this weekend makes it 5 days at the minimum sitting here. Soon as I google USPS in 63115 this place pops up. Guess I'll get em eventually. ??♂️
