It's pretty hilarious to receive a square box looking like a piece of modern art. Not only was my item damaged, but all of its liquid had emptied its sealed container.Notice the "We Care" note from USPS on the package. Someone at USPS doesn't know what those words mean.

3 time I've come up to get a package they had to hold or schedule for redelivery.This time I asked to see if the hand written note was there that I wrote yesterday.Reginald Johnson was upset with my anger and started interrupting me and raising his voice. I normally don't complain I place that order with a company supposed to be delivered by the febuary 13th and it was sent back to the post office it was supposed to be back on the truck the next day for delivery on febuary the 14th but the post office you guys put it under parcel Locked for some reason saying that you cannot read the address it was damage by UPS or United postal I don't think it's my fault so it looks like I might have to reorder it again, ?

I’ve been going here for 7 years and have always only had positive experiences. They’re always very helpful when I need to mail something weird and help me pick the right thing for my need. I accidentally grabbed an envelope that would’ve cost me like $30 to send when I meant to grab the cheap one and the guy asked me if that’s what I actually wanted before letting me start filling it out.I think the negative reviews are really just about the postal service in general. This particular spot is great.

Hate to leave negative reviews, but it's been about 2 and a half weeks since anyone in our building has had mail delivered. We've called, emailed, and gone to the post office multiple times. This happens frequently. They say they can't access the building, but also admit that the property management company has given them keys multiple times in the last year. They don't know where any of the keys are. That's concerning from a security standpoint. Our regular mail carrier has been out with an emergency, but there's no one else delivering mail while she's gone. Plus she was supposed to be back Monday (that's what they told us last Friday, and it's Thursday now).Honestly I would be thrilled to get mail 3 times a week. Even once a week would be okay. But there's things in there I need right now, and I can't go in to the post office to pick mail up every day during business hours because I work. They won't let anyone else in my family pick it up for me.Really I just want my mail.

My husband was dropping off an important pre labeled package for me at this location. Didn’t get her name but the older african american lady working on the right hand side REFUSED to give my husband a receipt. He asked to have it scanned so he could get a receipt, it was an important package. He asked 3 times nicely, this clerk refused and said he could leave it on the counter. He told her he needed a receipt. She would not give him one. This is ridiculous, she refused to help him. Very rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service.

Had to give one star or would give zero. Certified mail for 4 items Sat 10/21st 9:30 AM w 3 going to the same city in IL and 1 going to CA. The 3 going to the zip PO. 2 of them are two mailbox numbers apart. Only one of those has been delivered they don't know where any of the others are and can't tell me even what is going on with the items which are time sensitive and were supposed to arrive by Tuesday. It is already been 8 days no idea if they're ever going to be delivered. These are large checks from my home equity line to pay off debts.when checking with tracking their notifications just sayMoving through networkIn Transit to Next Facility, Arriving LateOctober 25, 2023When I try to get information on the phone I got yelled at and no answers. I went into the post office and they basically told me there is no expectation that your certified mail will be delivered on time priority or not. I could have skateboarded to Carol Stream Illinois from here already and hand delivered it. It's astounding that one of the items going to that City made it but they don't know where the other two are. While the one going to California is in California none have an estimated delivery time the most incompetent semi-government agency I've ever seen although they were certified mail priority don't know when they're going to be delivered. These were time sensitive items and should have used UPS or FedEx. Learned my lesson. Stay clear of USPS. The "supervisor" there is a joke. When I asked if I could at least get a refund for the expensive mail that did not take place properly I was told " we don't do refunds"

I've been going here for 25 years now. The staff is mostly warm & welcoming along with remembering their local customers. It has greeting cards, gift cards, wrap, decorative boxes, and so much more. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful along with friendly. Never had any issues with the store, and when I have issues with people sending mail to me, they help out. You can get passports here and a mailbox if you need one. It's definitely one of the better post offices around the city. Big shout out to the team for all their help throughout the years.

I typically have difficulty with important mail, like IRS notifications, important financial information, debit cards etc.It is unlikely it has been stolen, as most of this stuff is only useful to me, howeverInformed Delivery is rarely accurate for this kind of mail and it is rather disappointing.I called today and am optimistic that there will be some sort of resolution on a piece of mail I have been waiting for, but it's clear it's an issue beyond the confines of this particular office.

I needed to drop off two packages. I’m he gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and took time to answer my question. There were a few people inside who were also friendly.

Easily worst and slowest post office ive visited waited 20 mintues to pick up a package which their system says is avlaible fpr pick. Only to be told I cant find it so it must be out for delivery. No wonder you cant make any money your goverment system for tracking thi gs dosent even work. Thing is its probably at thw post office in some obscure corner somewhere.

The worst USPS location. They do not have shipping labels accessible before entering their long waiting lines. So, instead you wait in line 15+ minutes just to get a shipping label and then you are told to fill it out and return to the back of the line just to wait another 15+ minutes. All while the staff are rude and short with their customers. If you have to drive out of the way to go to another location, do so.
