I have to agree with everyone one of the ladies working there does not have the character for customer service. Having said that, she completed her work efficiently and doesn't all of us deserve a job? Anyways it is very inexpensive.

I would leave zero stars if I actually could. The people who work here do not care about anybody other than themselves. I’ve gone here twice to just try to get a key for one of my tenants and they are not only making me wait over half an hour just to talk to somebody but also telling me that they cannot get me a key or replace the lock in a box that they control

This is the only place I can think of to post this, I was expecting a package yesterday and I live in an apartment building that you need a key to access the inside of, the mailboxes are right inside the main entrance and beyond that no key is needed unless you're going inside one of the apartments here, and the reason I said that is because I received a notification regarding my shipment when I tracked it saying that they couldn't access the delivery address. Bullshit they can't, if they can access the mailboxes they can access my doorway and we have an elevator and a handicapped ramp if they are unable to walk so there's absolutely no reason why my doorway was unaccessible. More like common sense was unaccessible.

Wow this place is from start (talking to them on the phone half ass until they just quit responding and ya have no choice but to hang up) to finish is a waste of everything I can’t believe they actually get paid to do! What a disgrace full of useless employees! Disrespectful in every way

Privatization of our mail can’t come soon enough. This office is horrible, instead of tending to people in line, the two women behind the counter are more concerned with the conversation they’re having on the phone.

Avoid this place like a plague. The short haired woman working there has some serious anger management issues. Like what all the comments said, she snapped for no or little reason at customers and acted as if we all owe her. Went to a different postal office and the service quality contrast was night and day. Management should seriously fire this person and I never have said this about someone from whom I received service in my entire life.

It's a great place for your package to get hung up at says Departed there then returned to there in a matter of 5 hours still no movement get better managers this place is horrible
