Multiple times I have gotten a fail to deliver because there is no secure place for package, when there is a clear path to my porch. When I call, the package is still at the office and told the package is too heavy for delivery. The packages are about 30lbs. If your carrier can't lift 30lbs they need a new job.

Refused to deliver my package for no reason when I was away at work, my mail box is empty and there was a clear path to the door but they didn't feel like doing it so I didn't receive my package on time

They will never deliver my packages, despite my complex having package slots on our mailbox...they won't use them ever, hold all my packages at the post office and refuse redelivery. Why do we have package slots if they won't use them?? Been 4 years and they never use a package slot this entire time. They won't leave packages with the office either. It's ridiculous.

it always takes them weeks to deliver our mail and I honestly want to make a complaint to corporate maybe it’s time for them to get shut down or replace all of the workers because this is ridiculous I hate that they’re still in business been dealing with this issue for 3 years.

Why is it that THIS post office does NOT deliver mail for days at a time? They can't make excuses as to the weather as Amazon, UPS, and FedX are all making their deliveries. School is not cancelled and the roads are clear. PLEASE deliver the mail.

I walked in the post office at 4:55pm and the person at the desk said sorry I can’t help you I close at 5pm. I said it’s only 4:55pm and the door still open. She said oh well sorry. So unprofessional horrible customer service

I AM ALWAYS MISSING MAIL...MY IMPORTANT MAIL I HAVE THE INFORMED DELIVERY APP TO SEE MY MAIK. I WAS WAITING FOR MY HOUSING LETTER AND IT AHOWED IT COMING ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS. Terrible customer service. I visited this branch today at 1:00 PM and stood in the lobby for 15 minutes because the clerk decided to take lunch without telling anybody and had a lobby with about five people waiting to be serviced. I went back at 4:15pm to get serviced again stood in line with six or seven other people, while we waited for someone to assist us. When I tried to get my package sent off with the shipping label, they were rude and disrespectful. Also calling previous customers that had just left stinky and funky. The supervisor said she would call the police on me and treated me with no respect. When I was leaving the facility, the supervisor came from behind the door, came out towards the lobby and threatened me while I was with my daughter.

The entire postal system needs to be audited and corrected. The postal svc use to be sooooo goooood 25 yrs ago and it has steadily declined since then. I ask what was done differently. I always see ppl on their phones sitting down with no sense of urgency with 15 ppl in the line

The service here has never been great. The employees are neither friendly nor rude most of the time, just a bit bland like they don't want to be there. Today, however, the woman who "helped" me made a point of counting the money EXTRA slow, sifting through a pile of mail instead of printing my money order after payment was complete, and I'm not sure if she ever spoke to me or not because she muttered everything she said without even glancing at me. So disappointed. You'll get better service at a gas station, which is where I'll be going for money orders from here on. Or maybe a different post office. Anywhere but here.
