I have never had so many issues receiving and sending mail in my entire time in St Louis. They have lost so many bills which cost lots of money.

This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked. The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.

No retail services here. Should be posted on Google/Apple Maps. What’s the point of having this location?

I wasn't aware that there were NO retail services offered at this location until I got there and saw the sign posted!

Writing this on Saturday, Feb. 13th at 11:40 am. So far, I have been on hold with this Annex a total of 70 minutes this morning. The first time a human answered the phone, she didn't ask me what I needed and put me on hold for close to 30 minutes. I called again, was put on hold again, then hung up on. Three more times like this -- answer, then mysteriously the call is dropped. I call again -- she puts me "on hold," but doesn't realize she hasn't transferred me to the "hold music" and I can hear her shooting the breeze with her coworkers. Not talking about an urgent or professional matter. Just chatting. This goes on for 15 minutes. I hang up and call once more. Now, I work in service and have dealt with my share of jerks and Karens, so I hate to get angry at anyone working a retail/service job. I tell her how many minutes I've been on hold and that I could hear her whole last conversation with her coworkers. She argues with me that she's the only one working the phones today. I ask if I'm going to get some actual help now. She says, "Yes, and you're gonna go on hold." Another 10 minutes. She answers, actually looks up the tracking of one of my packages (this situation was beyond what the website tracking could tell me) and tells me the whereabouts. I ask her to look up the second and last package and start to read the tracking number to her. She puts me on hold again and we are now approaching 30 minutes again. She told me she was the only one working the phones today, and I know how much working understaffed sucks, but this was beyond ridiculous. Either hire this woman some help, or a manager needs to address this completely unprofessional behavior with her.

This is not a real post office. No postal services are conducted here except to drop off mail w/o a receipt. There is limited access to the public at this location and you have to ring a bell and wait a few minutes. The real post office is at 343 South Kirkwood Rd.

Noticed a turn around for this office about a month ago. Seems to be getting much better. I appreciate them delivering and not missing deliveries through this COVID-19 mess. Thank you USPS!

Admittedly, I seldom mail packages as my amazing wife handles. I am off work and am trying to help around the house. I went to the post office and could get no assistance from the four staff members. There were no other customers. After twenty minutes, I left and I went to a Fed Ex office in Des Peres. The staff greeted me, made suggestions and I was out in under five minutes. Kudos to the Fed Ex Team!

I’ve been going there or calling for years and the ladies are very rude. They are all African American and most of them

If I could give a negative number I would. I had an issue with my mail I went to the office twice and called 5 times trying to resolve the problem and every person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. If a customer has a problem I would think as an employee you would try to resolve the matter rather than continuously berating the customer. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I had a live animal package to pickup on a Saturday. They called and left a message Saturday morning for me to call back. I called back, asked what time they closed so I could make it in time, I was told someone will be in the back until 6. Showed up at 3:30, a girl came out and shocker, they're closed and there's nothing they could do about it. She kept asking who I spoke with, like it mattered at the time, and I didn't get a name, so of course, nothing that they could do.

I understand this facility has no retail service, but it also lacks customer service. Too pick up a package, I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes, ringing the bell for help. I could hear people behind the wall, talking. I'm pretty sure they were expecting me to leave. Tip: just hold down the buzzer until someone comes.

I was having trouble locating a package and got directed to call this location. The person working here named Dawn was so helpful and kind. She kept me informed throughout the process and showed a true interest in helping me. Her customer service skills are phenomenal.
