My neighbors and I haven't received mail in 5 days!!! We haven't even seen a postal vehicle.
I know it snowed but that was 6 days ago.

Went in for a passport application and was the first person there. Ahmena (clerk #15 on the receipt) was super nice and helpful! She had me in and out in just about 15 minutes or less! I'm glad she works there!

Absolutely horrible service. Lady at the desk complained about everything she could. Was extremely rude to everyone she talked to. I would rather drive my shipments across the country than have to ever come back to this location. I pray GOD helps this woman or at least removes her from customer service.

I highly recommend the South County post office location in the Mall. I needed to get my 2.5 year old a passport. My little is very active and was running around. The postal agent was sooo accommodating and patient. She took the time to make sure we had everything filled out. I am so thankful for her patience even if she helped bribe him with candy for a passport photo. Her service was wonderful and I will continue to go back to see her. She made the process painless! Thank you USPS!

There was two lady’s working at this location today 3/23/24 First Lady it was Rude, horrible customer service. Her actitud was unacceptable.
However, the 2nd lady her name is Tasha she was so kind, excellent customer service and very professional we need more people like her.

Clerk #10 was to busy talking with previous customer and not paying full attention to what she was doing. I was doing a simple QR code return. I had a feeling that she was not paying attention and placed my label on another customers package, but didn't question her as I waited for my drop off receipt. Now I've been contacted by the return store that they received the wrong product and are going to recharge me.

Clerk #10 needs a reality check! Big glasses long nails, and a very bad attitude. Always looks confused when helping you out. Doesn’t acknowledge if you messed up on a form. And Ahmena as well, backing her up, both are very unprofessional. Both need training again, since they don’t know what they are doing. But Clerk#10 really needs to go!! ASAP!!!!!!
