Clerk #10 was to busy talking with previous customer and not paying full attention to what she was doing. I was doing a simple QR code return. I had a feeling that she was not paying attention and placed my label on another customers package, but didn't question her as I waited for my drop off receipt. Now I've been contacted by the return store that they received the wrong product and are going to recharge me.

Clerk #10 needs a reality check! Big glasses long nails, and a very bad attitude. Always looks confused when helping you out. Doesn’t acknowledge if you messed up on a form. And Ahmena as well, backing her up, both are very unprofessional. Both need training again, since they don’t know what they are doing. But Clerk#10 really needs to go!! ASAP!!!!!!

The place is convenient, inside the mall. Clerk #15 or Ahmena ( Idk if I spelled her name right), I appreciate her patience in explaining procedures not only to me but to other clients too. I finished my complicated transaction smoothly with her help. I gave four stars because she was alone on a busy Wednesday

I don't appreciate being yelled at, as soon as I set my packages on the counter. The window clerk #10 was unprofessional, hostile, insulting, and rude. The crust bunny with the tacky neon square glasses and nails to match acts like street trash rather than a government postal employee. She definitely lacks the emotional maturity to be in a position of customer service. Someone needs to put her through training again or put her in the back sorting mail, because she doesn't present herself in a respectable manner at all, at any time I have had the displeasure of receiving her subpar service. She needs to go.

Only one worker so negative star. She was very professional. Seemed knowledgeable. She was friendly. Yes it’s her job but it’s refreshing when people aren’t so upset at the world. We all have something going on. Just have to do one thing at a time. So thank you to her!

Always receive great customer service at this location. Anybody who goes there will recall and appreciate Ameana, who has excellent knowledge of postal regulations and an unbeatable work ethic. Glad this location offers Sunday hours. Wish private industry could be this efficient.

Walked in while a black male employee came from back and helped me a great deal. Don't know what the man's name was but I really appreciated the help as some things were new and I'm handicapped. Thank you to the gentleman. Thank you.

This location is temporarily closed due to a water line break in the mall on Dec. 23, 2022. There is a note inside directing patrons to their Telegraph location. There is no information about when it will be reopening.

It’s 20 mins after 11:00am and they are not open it’s a line of five people not counting the people that left. This is the third time I have came to the south county mall location and this has happened one time it was after noon.location 375A S county center way, st.Louis Mo 63129

7/1/22 at 4:00pm I accidentally brought a flat package labeled package in that wasn’t supposed to be a flat package, the First Lady I delt with told me I wouldn’t be able to ship it out or do a label exchange or pay the difference for the package and only way I could ship it is if my patient paid the difference- she was extremely rude - where I came in a second time to figure out how I can get my shipment shipped and a nice women helped me easily - sticking a new label on and letting me pay the difference I recommend you guys look into your staffing and how they are treating your customers or how they are trained I have never felt more miss treated by a employee before. I guess I should have known the First Lady was going to be rude though considering I came in with a smile saying hi and she hadn’t even greeted me back. All I know was this was a huge inconveniencefor such an easy fix
