Not sure why this location gets low ratings—I've always found it incredibly convenient for the neighborhood. I typically stop in just to drop off a letter or package, and it's a quick, easy process. The attendants are consistently pleasant, efficient, and helpful. It’s a dependable spot that makes mailing errands painless.

If the automated system can't help me then why not just put me through to a real person

I am seeking input from individuals who have moved within the last year and experienced difficulties changing their address with the USPS. Despite numerous online attempts, I receive an error message indicating that my billing address is incorrect, which is not the case. I have also visited the post office three times, filled out the required form, and presented my identification, yet my mail remains undeliverable to my new address. Have others encountered similar issues?

Really should be a zero. 1 1/2-2+ hour lunch for a 7 hour work day? I’ve been there at 11:45-out to lunch, 2:15-out to lunch.
The few times I’ve found the place open, the person behind the counter, clearly hates those of us who dare to come in and bother her with our postal needs.
I live 1 block away and would rather drive either downtown or another office 7-10 miles away, and wait in line 20 minutes, than experience the negativity felt at this location

Postal workers unable or unwilling to sort and deliver mail. Mail gets thrown away and destroyed by the carriers. Complaints are ignored online, over the phone, and in person. My vehicle title is gone, again.

I am not a regular commenter on businesses but this experience was so bad it required an exception. The woman behind the counter was exceptionally rude and rolled her eyes at me multiple times and acted like I was incompetent for not immediately knowing what envelopes to use. Go somewhere else if you don’t like being condescended to.

The employees feel it necessary to park an expired licined car in a handycap spot. We a handycap person showes they never have anywhere to park but far away. Very sad, it's staff doing this.
