I had a misunderstanding/issue and reported it. Dennis, Kyemia, and Veronica immediately took action. They took such good care of me! They exhibited exemplary customer service in rectifying, recovering, and seeing to the best outcome possible. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work, diligence, and professionalism. On top of this my mail ladies are always so polite and kind! Thanks USPS for the amazing service! Much appreciated!

Worst postal service I've ever dealt with. I see items in informed delivery yet my mailbox is empty for weeks. Some mail takes months to arrive. Some mail never arrives. I call the post office and get no help. I'm basically called a liar and given the run around. No accountability for my missing mail. Total criminal conduct. If you want to receive mail, avoid this post office. Horrible.

So this is how we receive mail now ? Destroyed mail ! Mail has been unreliable for a long time but now I guess we just get our mail in any condition without any explanation and getting informed delivery is.a waste of time because half the time it never arrives until days later . I remember when mail carrier was a respectable job . Now it’s a joke and most carriers have an attitude !

Sevice is getting worse. Sporadic delivery days and now the carrier doesn't take the letters I leave for him to pick up like they've been doing for 35 years. What gives with this place? This is 2848 salena St. 63118. Your service stinks.

they will not deliver your mail to you. they constantly mark mail as undeliverable but then never try to deliver packages correctly and they throw my mail on the ground outside my residence, among other things. then when you try to call them to resolve the issue, you sit on hold for 15 minutes and are met with rudeness and hostility. i am a huge supporter of the USPS and this they are understaffed and underfunded, but this is by far the worst post office i have ever had to use, incapable of resolving issues, leading to constant lost/undelivered mail.

The worst on getting packages. They'll blame you and say they couldn't reach you when they know damn well they ain't even try to. This is the laziest mail people I've ever met. GET NEW STAFF!

Leaving a review in effort of eliciting change. This post office habitually has terrible customer service and fails to deliver the mail to its sistering hub locations. If you rely on this service for business, forget it. The mail gets fulfilled 1-2 times a week. They do not fulfill each day as confirmed with other locations that rely on them. This review is based over the course of years of direct experience and is not written out of ill will. Unfortunately, there is no other option for mail service. AVOID if you can.

You come in for help they mad. You contact them via email they mad. I’ve filed multiple change of addresses and it’s always something. No one takes accountability.

This location needs regular audits and new management. Unfortunately Ive had to deal with them over the same issue for nearly 5 months. EVERYTIME I speak with someone the information is COMPLETELY different and I’ve filled out the same request 3 times with no resolve. I went today and they want me to fill out another request but can’t tell me if the last 3 (to stop forwarding mail) was cancelled. It’s such bad/heavy energy in this place it’s hard to handle business!

I want to thank all of the people who work here. I had a package mis-delivered here. Veronica took her time and found my package. I also came in not too long before closing and was saying, "Hello?" at their front desk. I want to apologize if I came across as rude. The staff here is wonderful and I greatly appreciate you all.
