Richard, Pam, Marcus and others are fantastic. Sorry, but Im bad on names, would ment others if I could remember names. We have used this branch for our P.O. Box and local delivery for over 14 years. Although we have had major issues lately with an address change. These issues are due to the system over all.*** Richard just spent over 40 minutes on the phone trying to solve our forwarding mail issues.***Marcus has been a great local carrier and Pam is always very nice and helpful. Others have done a great job as well. The post office as a whole has had issues over the past 4 years, but these people have been outstanding. Give them a break when you see them, the job is NOT easy.I spent several years as a subcontractor for USPS, it's not easy keeping people happy. If you ship packages with FedX chances are you'll have problems compared to USPS. UPS is pretty good though, but not up to the quality of service as the USPS.Thank you for all your service!!! Cheryl and I really appreciate it!

Years ago this post office was awesome. However and unfortunately the great workers retired. Pam is the only person left working with great customer service skills.

Poor customer service. Set an appointment for passport for 215pm then they call ten minutes prior to appointment saying the camera was down. Crazy thing, the woman that does passports apparently left for the day before our appointment time anyway as we were already at the post office when we received the message. Then she call us at 3pm saying we can come back up to complete the passport process. We return to the post office after obtaining a picture from CVS. The lady had the audacity to have an attitude and ask if we had an appointment. I will never return to this post office!

Ridiculous. Words can't even describe how sad and pathetic this post office truly is. Embarrassment at best..

Why is it whenever I mail a greeting card it never gets to the person. Been happening for 2 years. I get the wrong mail everyday. Carriers are talking on phone or playing loud music. So sad.

The person working was doing a good job. They need to hire more people.

Possibly the sorriest delivery unit in the country. If it so much as rains, there’s a good chance you won’t get mail delivery that day!

I Called yesterday to report a missing package that was listed by USPS as delivered. Tina Galbierz/North County sent me an apology letter suggesting that I contact the mailer as the "package does show delivery to the correct location, and to contact the shipper and inform them that the package was left and possibly stolen." I was so frustrated because I have a P O Box at the St. Louis Main on Market Str., but the sender does not deliver to P O Boxes. Long story-short: The package was delivered today along with another package from the same sender!??? Although I am very happy, I am also puzzled. The package that was supposedly delivered yesterday was to be delivered via USPS, and the package that was delivered today was sent to UPS to be delivered. Around 5:30 I got a knock on my door (I live on the 2nd floor) and when I opened it both packages were in front of my door. Go figure... Well I did; I looking at the labels -both were sent by UPS with UPS tracking numbers on them. The tracking number that was sent to my email was a USPS tracking number. Somewhere in the shipping process they figured since both packages were going the same address, they changed the carrier, but didn't notify me. Grateful to USPS for doing their job in addressing my issue expeditiously. OTFLMAO! My wife have just come from your office and the staff is rude. Its like they have know patience for the seniors. This is not the first time, your customer service is lousey. Your staff need more training or find another occupation.
