It’s so sad. I can only go to the post office on Saturdays to check my PO Box, purchase stamps, etc. It’s always something with this location. Today it was not open when I arrived at 10:15am waited 15 minutes and watched 3 other customers try to enter only to fine the doors locked. I called the business number no one answered and the emergency number on the door is disconnected. I have complained so many times and nothing. It’s a shame I can’t get the same customer service in my area as I do when I’m out at one of the county branches.

It used to be a fully working Post Office, with mail trucks/Vans, etc. But now it's just a thin shell of what it used to be. Now, I see NO vehicles, and gate is open. Stopped providing international services years ago. The only reason I go there, which is not often, is because it's a 3 minute walk from my home. The hours have shortened as well. Sad.

It is very obvious that the United States postal Service does not give one hot damn about this location or the people that it's supposed to serve. Yes the old woman at the front is the most rude and least of experience when it comes to being a polite customer service person. They are never open when they say they'll be open and they always run out of things that they're supposed to have you know like stamps and money orders. I wish I could give negative stars. How do you have a job that you hate so much that you keep returning to? The post office obviously don't care cuz they don't respond to anything anyone has said about this trifling location. Fire her old evil tail!

Worn out US Flag hanging by a thread at the Jordan Chambers US Post Office at 901 N. Garrison Ave, St Louis, MO 63106. I have provided detailed and matter-of-fact feedback to the post office (three times) and the St. Louis Postmaster and they still refuse to replace a worn out US flag. According to the US Flag Code, a worn out flag should be retired with dignity. This flag is well past it's retirement date and as you can see in the photos- it is literally hanging by a thread. I complained in person to the local post office employees in May 2021, the USPS website in May and June 2021, and to the St. Louis postmaster in July 2021. They all uniformly say, "it is not my job." I really want to support the USPS, particularly after the past four years, but this time the USPS is flat out wrong. It IS your job at a government building to fly a flag that is not clutching to the pole by it's last threads. Disrespectful.

I got ups email inform to let me no what's delivered, an I have seen my green dot card twice an still don't have my card. Why is it saying it should be in the mail an it's not. Everything else I see is but my green dot card. This the second time i have ordered it because I'm not receiving it. I call an call an no one ever answer the phone. Or they stealing the people stuff. What's going on cause this don't make sense. You can't activate my card without my social security number. So I don't understand why I haven't received either card but I have emails saying they supposed been mailed.
