We went to this postal office for new passports. The lady responsible for this service was very nice and kind. However, there are several problems with the service: 1) You actually need to make an appointment for new passport (which you wouldn't know until you visit them). 2) Their camera is broken, and you need to bring photos. 3) They don't have the current form for passport application. They only have expired ones, which they told me should be ok. You'd better print the form online and fill it out ahead of time with black ink.

I have called and asked them to have my local carrier to stop taking my packages to my leasing office and they lied ans said it would be taken care of but they steady doing it then today we are waiting for a very very important piece of mail to come and it's shows on informed delivery but the mail carrier did not deliver it so we tried to call the post office but all we get is the automated system and it won't let us break through to a human it said my wait time was 16 minutes but then the phone just hung up on me I don't know who delivers to the university commons apartments in university City MO but they need to be held accountable at this point cause they have one job deliver our mail to our actual mail boxes and or apartments not anywhere else they just feel like it

I arrived at 2PM on a Friday, and both front desks were closed with not an employee in sight. There was one other customer waiting to be served. In the next 25 minutes I waited, I saw a dozen customers walk in and form a line (some left without ever getting served), and I also saw 3 different employees walking around in the back. There was chatter in the back the whole time. Not a single time did an employee come out to address any customers. I left after 25 minutes of waiting without ever being served.

I bought items from an independent store on shop, worth $400. Paid for priority shipping and handling. Days later i received a text saying items were delivered in mail box. For christsake it was a briefcase full of lotions and supplements. How did it fit in the tiny mailbox?? I went to the office and they nothing was done, I filed a claim and before I could proceed, the site said this item shows it was delivered, and page couldn’t be accessed anymore.
Asking,,, do these delivery guys steal packages????

In my apartment building they just put the mail on top of the mailbox not sorted 24 units and just a stack of mail, sometimes don't get mail for 2 or 3 days. No pride in their work shameful.

Consistently delivers the mail to the wrong address 95% of the time. I am not sure why it's so hard to read the address on the mail for five seconds, but for whatever reason, it is. I can't help but wonder how much of my own mail is never returned to me.

Arrived 5 minutes before the 9am opening on tax day. It is now 20 minutes after opening time and they haven’t opened. There are now 18 people waiting. The good part is that we can hear lots of cheerful conversation between the multiple employees who are clearly here and choosing not to serve their customers.

This is the slowest post office you will ever find. It is like they are intentionally slow and revel in making the customers wait. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes to mail two packages. The poor lady in front of me waited the same amount of time just to buy two stamps. The service is just horrible here.
