This is the slowest post office you will ever find. It is like they are intentionally slow and revel in making the customers wait. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes to mail two packages. The poor lady in front of me waited the same amount of time just to buy two stamps. The service is just horrible here.

Package wasn’t left at my door. Tracking said it was at the post office but the clerks at the post office said it was out for delivery. It was not delivered two more days and was returned to sender instead. Really unhelpful people. Waste of time and money

My adult son left his passport in his apartment at St. Louis when he headed to Chicago for an international flight a few days later. He then requested his girlfriend to mail via USPS Priority Mail Express from St. Louis to Chicago on Wednesday. Paid $29.05 for it. The estimate was 1 to 2 days. However, it didn't arrive after two days. We had to spend hours to follow up and escalate, and paid $300 to reschedule the flight to a later date to wait for the passport to finally arrive on the Saturday. What is the point of paying over 30 times more for a mail that cannot keep its promise. Use other carrier for any express delivery. Unfortunately, we learned the lesson the very inconvenient way.

Dropped off a package, didn't show any movement for over a week. I had to threaten to raise a stink with the postmaster general to get anything done as they were more than happy to tell me to pound sand otherwise.

Fourth at Louis location we went to that was closed early, closed at 330. I don't know what's going on but someone needs to investigate if this is some sort of fraud waste and abuse issue or just a staffing issue

Cheryl is completely unprofessional. She refused to confirm address. She refused to send my box. She wouldn't listen to me. Only put the letter b in for the name road. Then she refused to send it. Sent me to another post office. Never again will I use this post office. Unprofessionalism is on 10!

The most unprofessional and absolute worst customer service ever. The employees are rude and spent the whole time yelling at every customer, I’ve waited for over an hour and a half just to be yelled at by the two women at the front desk, they were also yelling elderly customers who were moving slowly to get to their desk. Horrible experience every single time I come to this location.

The only reason anyone should ever go to this post office is if for some reason they actually want to have their entire day ruined by a customer service experience so poor and lazy that they'll probably be telling people about it for at least the next decade.

They shut it down during regular hours. When they posted they were going to be back they did not come back. At least 20 of us waited but no one was there to help. Wtf….
