Prices are high, took over a hour, tire rotation was supposed to be free but I was charged anyway. Left the outside of the car covered with oils stains, did not inflate the tires to the correct pressure, left inside of the car dirty after he found the air cabin filter . Oh and the hustle salesman mentally is getting old. I just wanted an oil change. Never going back to any Valvoline

They did my husband's oil change wrong, they left the screw crooked, the truck almost ran out of oil & in my car they left the air filter screws loose, they don't pay attention to their work :( I was a customer for years.Service: Oil change

They did not put two screws back on my passenger filter cover. Virtually a new car. They didn’t even have the filter in stock. I called and they first made the excuse the screws weren’t there to begin with and I told them it’s a new car. Then they said I could come back and they’ll try and find them. I have been coming to this location for at least 20 years. I told her I won’t be back. If they don’t care about putting the car back together the way it was then what else don’t they care about. Are they replacing the car with the correct oil? The owner needs to get involved and either get the staff in order or replace them.UPDATE: I emailed them per their instructions the same day and have heard nothing back.

went there less than a month ago, and yesterday my check oil light came on. very low oil levels. looked under the car and the drain plug was either changed or missing...easy to see because the oil filter access panel was also missing! taking it to the mazda dealership tomorrow to see how much damage they actually did to my car.would rate 0 stars if i could.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Do not let them touch your transmission. They didn't screw my bolts back on tight leaving me with a leaky transmission. I should have known not to stop when I pulled up! nothing but kids listening to music and texting on their phones while working on cars . Awful location.

I got an oil change FRIDAY, come SUNDAY my car said I had ZERO PERCENT OIL AND MY CAR WAS SMOKING AND OVERHEATING. I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW AND FIRST THE MAN ASKED CAN I DRIVE IT BACK TO THE SHOP. WHY WOULD I DRIVE MY CAR WITH NO OIL BACK TO THE SHOP KNOWING IT COULD MESS MY CAR UP?! So he comes to look at it (and claim it has oil in it; I BARELY seen it but ok sir) then he mentions my antifreeze and how I have none in my car. I ask him well don't y'all top fluids he say yea we do for free and shows me a piece that goes to where the antifreeze goes and says it look like it's broke. I ask him well how that happen?! He say I don't know we have cameras I can go look and call you back when I get to the shop. My thing is WHAT IMA DO UNDER MY HOOD AND WHO ELSE GONE DO IT!! So he calls back and says it was broke upon arrival and I see we didn't top your fluids I apologize for that. Did not offer to come and put antifreeze in it and if it was broke why did yall not mention it while y'all was doing my "oil change?!" NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND. 0/10

Black lady working over there she's so rude and she even told me not to come back again. I've been a customer for 25 years since I used to live in Cahokia Illinois I have like three vehiclesI came today cuz my oil was low and my oil changes not do yet so I told her I need top up she told me there's no more top up she going to charge me 9.99 or 7.99 I told her okay it's fine I want to buy a filter too I end up paying around $40 I have a coupon she don't want to accept it I told her that's not nice you going to lose customer she was singing while I was talking when I left she said don't come back again and that's going to be my last time using this company

I waited in a line for 1.5 hours just for them to tell me they were out of oil filters for my car! Only two employees were there. Whoever manages the place clearly needs to hire more people and keep better inventory! I will not be coming back!

The oil change wasn't that expensive. They I bought the cabin filter and the air filter. Those I felt were overpriced. I bought them because I have had my car 4 years and couldn't remember the last time they were changed. They ran out of antifreeze/coolant, so I had to buy my own when I left. So for the two filters, synthetic/oil blend, and the coolant that I bought at auto zone, it was about $200
