They changed my oil and didn't attach my oil filter properly my truck has been handicapped gor over a year and I'm still making payments on it. I went in to O'Reilly auto parts and the lady behind the counter told me someone else made the exact same complaint that day. I filed a complaint with Mo attorney General and they never responded to AG attempts to resolve leaving me no choice but to sue. I took my 2007 Expedition to the mechanic who said it will cost me over $14k for a new engine

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This location did not change my oil filter during my oil change service! I created a claim in which I discovered the store manager handles and she has denied my claim without even speaking to me, looking at my vehicle now that it needs engine repair nor sent out any letter of denial. I guess attempting to save face of the store. I have called on multiple occasions to customer service and to the store. The store manager Jaylen stated to the customer service agent that she has already spoken to me and no longer wants to converse about that claim which is untrue and absurd. The customer service agent stated the store manager denied the claim because my service was over a year ago, which is false. So I have reported this complaint to the BBB and have all evidence to take them to court if I have to! I attempted to escalate the claim which goes to the Area Manager Patrick who has yet to be in contact either.

They took so long. I was 4th in line and it took 3hrsbforbus to get seen and done. Didn't tell me that my light was out after my "check". They did not reset the check engine light.

I went to this Valvoline on January 24th and they did not properly tighten my oil cap back on there for all my oils screwed out onto my motor and I have been driving around with only two quarts of oil or less in my car and now my car is knocking so just be careful in aware and it's sad as women we have to find somebody to double-check after we get our service done

Soon as I got a oil change my timing belt all of a sudden went out !! Horrible place now I got to get a whole new motor !!!
