Really good tours! I got to watch a video that ha sad not been released yet( although it will probably be released by the time you read it) tours are free too (except anything you buy) and kids get to spin a prize wheel if they answer a question the staff asksWill rate 6 stars if I could

Wonderful experience. We were excited to travel to Vat 19 due to being fans of their channel. It did not disappoint. The store was closed at the time of our visit so I would suggest to find out tour and store hours before visiting Vat 19. We will be returning, for sure.

Dee, our tour guide, made it fun and interactive. I believe she did a great job. In the waiting room, prior to the start of the tour, we were able to explore and learn about the toys, pictures, and other cool things the staff loves to promote. There was a 75 pound bouncy ball, a portrait of President Abraham Lincoln made from pennies were among the fun things to do to pass time prior to the tour. During the tour we walked through the halls and checked out the artwork displayed on the walls (those created by fans), trophies, fan signatures. We toured the sets where all of the online videos are created, and got to meet the production and creation crews. Once that was done the fans were given 20 minutes to select and purchase products. After that we were guided to a conference room to view a short version of a previously unreleased video. Once the video was completed the kids were able to spin the wheel to win prizes. What a fun filled one hour tour that I highly recommend.

I have made a few orders thru the web site to include a few mystery boxes. Have never been disappointed. The Dumpster Fire set made my boss laugh. Being in construction, we love the silly things you can find on the Vat 19 web site. I will most definitely order again. The puzzle desk top calender is a fantastic way to destress for puzzle lovers. All the stress balls I have purchased have been seen being thrown around our safety meetings. All the gummy stuff keeps getting me in trouble with my mother due to me sending them to my sister. Gotta love the sugar rush. Vat 19 vidoes always come up on my Facebook feed and I love them. They are good for a laugh after a tough day. It is interesting to see the inside of the stress balls during the breaking vidoes. Who is not amused by adults playing hide and go seek. Please keep us with all the silliness and playful things we can purchase. Thank you all at Vat 19 for the great vidoes.

LOVED being able to visit the place of our favorite YouTube videos! Dee did a great job with the tour and showing us around and all the staff that came out was so friendly! It was great being able to shop the warehouse. It was awesome seeing little bit from videos throughout the tour & signing the wall at the end! Only downside was Jamie didn't come out but we get that the boss man was busy. Thanks for a great day!

Very cool to see where all the videos were made and learn some of the history of Vat19. Everybody there was super nice and we even saw a video in production! Missed getting Jamie's autograph because he was in a meeting...maybe next time.
