Best and most helpful verizon store I've been to. Other stores has messed up my info and created difficulties. Highly recommend coming here. Staff went above and beyond to help and gave me solutions to my phone issues. Will always come back here when I phone issue or need a new phone.

I went into the store today, it was my first time going to this store. I was helped by Blake Jansen. He was AMAZING! He greeted me as soon as I walked in. He really listened fully to all I needed to say. Which I really appreciated! He helped me with everything I needed. He was patient and super kind! I'm very pleased with my experience! I'm glad I chose this store. Definitely go here for all your Verizon needs.

My son went where today to look for options on way to decrease his iPad payment. The big girl I think her name was Breonna something convinced my son to purchase a phone and the whole time she had an attitude. He also said she had boogers which was very disturbing. When he came home I told him return that. When he got there she let out a big sigh. This made my son feel as he did something bad to her. She goes on to charge him $55 for a phone she opened. He even asked he could set up on his own but proceeds to charge him 40 set up fee. When it came to leaving she wouldn’t explain how the rest of the refund would come and just rushed him out with a “the rest will come in the mail” he wanted to ask “when” “how much is the rest” if you’re going there please avoid BREONA- big black girl.

These guys are total crooks. I'm stunned at the poor customer service and then random charges for invented rules. They basically held my service hostage until til I paid these random charges by disconnecting my current services first. It was like extortion and I'm furious. Never shop here if you want customer service -non existent.

I don’t know how this guy gets the reviews he has, because when I went to his store, this “independent retailer” was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Only giving one star because zero isn’t an option.

Blake and Aquerra were the best. I came in with very little time to get a new phone after my other was not working after water damage. Once I was able to repair my other phone, they helped me get everything transferred to my new one. They were super nice, fast, and efficient. It is hard to find great customer service these days, and they definitely exceeded!

Had a wonderful experience with this store. When your phone dies, it is a very frustrating experience, but Blake made the whole experience so much better. He was super helpful and made the process simple and seamless. I would definitely recommend going to work with him.

Called to confirm my phone was ready at 11am. No answer. Drove to the store after work. Arrived shortly after 6pm. The doors were locked and no one was there. Called the store. Answering service was switched on advising the public that the store was closed. All the lights were still on and the tv was as well. Scanned the QR code on the to make sure they didn’t close early on Tuesday. “Hours - Monday-Friday: 9 am - 7 pm”. Even as I write this review, it’s still not 7pm. I’d like to switch my pick up location but at this point, it’s not worth it. I’ll go back tomorrow, in the morning, and pray that the 9 am open time posted on their front door and website is accurate and not just a random time like their 7pm close time appears to be.

Blake is very knowledgeable on all the products that he sells and gives excellent costumer service. He got me set up with a great new Samsung after I lost my iPhone and even showed me some really cool features on my new phone. 10/10
