I was having issues with my phone. I am 80 years old so not having my phone working as I am use to it is very stressful for me. I stopped into the nearest Verizon phone store and met with Amy. She was so understanding and patient. She knew how to solve my issues. Your company is very fortunate to have her as an employee.

Brutal experience at this location. We worked directly with Adi, so I can’t speak for any of the other reps at this store. We went in back in August to get phones for our kids before school started. We made clear that monthly cost was the priority. We scrutinized every line item of cost with him over several visits. In the end we got a bill $80 per month higher than what he quoted us. We went back and forth with him once we got our initial bill. He told us there were activation fees and other credits that hadn’t gone into effect and would be reimbursed. This was a red flag, but we waited as he asked and nothing was ever reimbursed. The bill actually increased in the subsequent months.I went in to the store last week so we could try to get to the bottom of the issue. Once I got there it was clear there was nothing he could do. Bottom line, we now pay 1k more yearly than what Adi told us we would pay. If working with this guy, be sure to talk direct with Verizon before making any purchase through him.
