I was ready to leave Verizon due to some issues and went in the store to figure out what I needed. Ended up having an amazing experience at this store with Brenden there helping me. He walked me through everything I asked. Showed me a breakdown of my bill and gave me all the different options. Ended up with a new phone and a lower bill!

This review was not written by me. Brenden took it upon himself to write himself a good review while my phone was in his possession for a short time at the Lemay store. I asked him how a review that I didn't write just happened to show up, and he danced around the question and couldn't give me an answer. Beware of shady things going on at this store.
