I had to bring our 3 dogs one at a time to the store for their vaccinations and they made it so easy. Everyone was very nice and helpful!

The store associates in the retail area are very helpful, but the grooming department- particularly the manager- is terrible. They had a groomer there, Sarah, who groomed our dog twice in the last year and did a fantastic job. However, the most recent time I called, they told me Sarah no longer worked there. The grooming manager was rude, hung up on me, and after leaving several messages with their grooming department to book (online booking isn't available) an appointment, we took our business elsewhere.

The vet and her team were amazing! They took their time with each visitor and made me feel very welcomed! I would definitely be back just to keep this team caring for my pet!

Took my Chocolate Lab to Petco after a bad experience at Petsmart. Kenny was really awesome especially with my big, energetic, 90lb dog! They did a great job with his nails, bath, and getting all of his fur! I'm really happy to have found a place to take my pup when it's too cold to bathe him myself.

Do not use their grooming service. This is the place where you get a BASIC (to be generous) hair cut. Don't even bother on explaining them what you expect, they are going to put zero effort. Everybody can shave hair. Can't wait for the months to pass and my dog's hair to grow back in it's beautiful natural way. P.S. Waited around 3 weeks for the appointment.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING. They were unprofessional, did a poor job, and when I asked them about it got very defensive and several other groomers started to become defensive as well. I could have done a better job on my dogs nails with sandpaper at home.

This is by far the worst Petco in the area. The workers have nasty attitudes and never look like they're happy to do their job. The grooming department never answers calls and will send you to voicemail even though you can see them through the window completely available to take a quick call. The groomers will ignore you when they see you outside of the window instead of greeting you as they should. Honestly just don't waste your time. I wouldn't want to be around the workers and I definitely wouldn't trust my pet in their care. Just go to a different location.

We take our dog here for grooming because they are the best around! Our dog gets anxiety when being groomed but Groomer Sammi does a great job calming him down and getting him freah and clean. Pricing is moderate as we have aong haired dog. I gave them a 4 because they do not have a seperate grooming door. That's problematic for me because: 1) when there are events in store its hard to get to the grooming area 2) grooming opens before the store but there isn't a doorbell to get someone to come to the door to open it

This store was extremely confusing layout wise and lacked basic items I was looking for. Not much available staff for help... they didn't even carry my brand of dogs dry OR canned food... (Purina one) which everyone has. This store was on my way to something I was doing so I stopped because I was out of some basics. I won't be back. If they had any greenies other than the very small size bags I could not find so I bought an alternate which I didn't really want.... didn't really have time to run around town looking for such basic things which they should have had...

I come to this Petco location all the time to purchase my pet supplies. The staff is always friendly, and I have not had a problem until yesterday's visit. Yesterday I took my dog in to get groomed and have his nails trimmed. This was his second time being groomed here. When I arrived to pick him up after his grooming appointment was finished, he seemed a bit shaken this time. His fur looked great though. We checked out and went into the car. Halfway on the drive home I noticed blood on his paws and all over my cloth car seat. My poor pup's nails had been clipped too short, and no one at the desk told me what had happened to him. Luckily I have hardwood floors so the trail of blood left behind my dog when we got home was cleanable. I just feel so terrible for him that this happened. My husband called in and was offered a discount next time he gets groomed, but I don't think I want to take him back where no one told me about hitting his quick when his nails were trimmed.

We love taking our Goldendoodles to Sammy. She is the best! Cudos to the other groomers there too. Everyone is super nice and sweet to our dogs. Love the way they look after Sammy does her thing with them. Highly recommend this location and Sammy for grooming.
