Words can’t describe how amazing the staff is! Kim helped me source my first Seiko watch at a great price & fast turnaround time. She and Van helped size the watch on me in less than 10 minutes. The staff is personable, caring, and professional. Highly recommend seeing them for all your jewelry needs and desires!

Van Vinciguerra is a shady character. They have no consignment contracts and they don’t have any agreements in writing. Their fees are arbitrary and random. They take your jewelry and say they can sell it for you and will call you a day later saying they can’t anymore with no reasonable explanation. I’m not sure if they have a stone swapping scam or perhaps they steal watch parts. I dropped my Rolex off with them after they said they could sell it. Van calls me back a day later telling me he can’t sell it and to hurry and pick it up. My watch had signs of being opened and not being closed correctly. When I questioned Van he launched into this fake outrage and began to accuse me of being a scammer.I also left him 2 pairs of earrings. He was able to sell them for me one day and the next he couldn’t with no explanation. Edit: They also dinged my watch on the corner lug. DO NOT TRUST them with your items.
Edit: Their response is totally disingenuous. They know exactly what I’m upset about. I already spoke with them directly. That was the major part of the concern.

Van is the best!!!!! We have been coming to Vinciguerra multigenerationaly (had to invent a new word to describe this) since 1987. Van has been instrumental in helping us choose jewelry for important family events, engagements, weddings, graduations, and anniversary's. He is extremely fair and he's an expert!!!! Trust is putting it mildly when describing Vinciguerra Jewlery!!!!!

I went to vincecigurra's in their Creve Coeur store for many years ago and then moved to Phoenix. We are back home now in Saint Louis and needed an engagement ring for my daughter. Nancy from the Creve Coeur store took me in downtown to see Denise Vinciguera whom I had never met. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and quite professional as I knew the family always to be. Gave us a great deal and now that I know where they are located downtown I will continue to go back. they have beautiful selections are honest

The Vincigurra‘s have always been wonderful and friendly business in St. Louis. They are very trustworthy and helpful and one few great st. Louis family businesses that have survived the chain stores. Their jewelry is beautiful but they are also great for appraisals, repair and cleaning.

Still a class act 20 years later!We bought my original wedding set from Vinciguerra 20 years ago. Unfortunately, my ring was stolen. We just bought a replacement and I can’t say enough about the experience! Van listened to what I wanted, let me try on lots of different rings, and ordered a ring that arrived within 24 hours. The quality of his products are amazing! But, the customer service is what really sets them apart from other jewelers. Family owned and they treat you like family (actually, better than family)!Thank you, Van, and Vinciguerra jewelers, for 20 years worth of greatness!
