The worst customer service ever. Rude cashiers. Prescriptions are never ready on time and pharmacist could care less when they dropped the ball and didn't fill Rx when asked to a day prior. Had to wait 2 days. Transferring all scripts to CVS.

They'll let you schedule a covid booster online without a prescription, then require one in store if you're under 55.

Waited two and a half hours on hold. Had already paid for delivery. Transferred three times to call center, who transferred me to voicemail that didn't work or was completely full. Terrible service! Take your business to another company.

Had my wife on hold for 3 hours off and on . Then she called back 630 and back on hold tell I looked at the clock 730 they been closed 30 minutes and the music still played and told her they close at 7. Then you wander why they are all closing. Best to go to cvs

Terrible experience. Had to beg these ladies to have a prescription ready. I had to go three different times to pick up a prescription and they still didn’t have it ready. They laugh at you when you complaint and use a sarcastic tone when you openly express your disappointment about their lack of empathy with customers looking to receive a prescription. They need to better train their staff and realize customers are valuable.

This pharmacy honestly should be shut down for retraining or something. The WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. Time after time unorganized, lazy, and unpleasant customer service. Just unwilling to help in anyway. The pharmacist on morning shift on 9/20/25 rufused to help or even get up from her chair. After they marked my prescription delayed due to insurance (which it was NOT because of insurance) turns out it was just out of stock at this location. I was told just “call around” by the tech after I asked what other location was in stock. Disgusting and unacceptable.

I wonder are they so short of staff due to budget cuts, or poor working environment. I had to wait 10min b4 the helper stopped assisting the Pharmacist and attended to the six customers in line. Think I'll look into Amazon and see if they accept my insurance!

I believe her name was Stefani. She went above and beyond and assisted me with getting the cost of my medication down since insurance didn’t cover one of them. I truly appreciate her compassion and patience.

This store is so important for the neighborhood. It's in a walkable area and used by so many. The pharmacy struggles with staff and keeping up with the orders. I wish they had the resources they needed to run like a well-oiled machine. I'm sure better wages/benefits and consistent training would help. Maybe a few more pharmacists... I continue to shop here even though I could go elsewhere because I know we need to support our neighborhood stores if we want them to stick around.
