Worst Walgreens in all of St. Louis. I had trouble finding a common OTC antifungal cream. The cashier directed me to the back wall and said someone will help me. The person who was supposed to help was talking on her cell phone the whole time. Don’t waste your time.

Do not use this pharmacy...unless you don't mind waiting 3 or more days to have a prescription filled. My Daughter had a prescription for antibiotics that took 3 days to fill. I thought I'd give them another chance. So another time it took 3 days to fill mine. On the second day, I called and they had only one ready and said the other one would be ready the next day after 3. I called the next day around 5 and no one answered the phone. So I went there in person, drive thru was closed, went inside. Now they tell me that the medication they were waiting for came in, but they dont have a record of the other medication. How can that be when they were both in your records the day before when I called. Good thing the one they did have was the main one I needed. Then I give them my insurance card and she says thats the wrong card, I have a separate one for medications. Ummm no, I've never had 2 insurance cards only 1 and this is the same one I gave them 2 months ago for my prescriptions. So I told them to cancel my order. I called my Dr asked her to call in prescription to another pharmacy. With the new pharmacy they were both ready later that same day and I used my only insurance I had. Now, I dont blame the people that work there, I just think they are understaffed and overwhelmed.

There's never enough people at the pharmacy. So much so, they can't even do basic pharmacist tasks besides filling a prescription. Never updated, ever, that my meds are ready to pick up so I guess sometime past the eta window, walk up there, and get told it's not ready yet. (Because even when it is ready it says pending in any digital system from my end)
8000% your fault Walgreens, not the people there. Get it together and hire a real staff. Every time I use Walgreens for meds I promptly switch it out to be filled somewhere that isn't a nightmare to deal with. Sure less pharmacists might save money, but I wonder how much it costs you with the number of people like me who won't use you because you have an abysmal staff at every location.

I hate giving bad reviews because the pharmacy people seem so nice so this isn't on them. Those who employ them, GIVE THEM HELP!!! Seriously, waiting for 45-60 minutes in the drive-thru is ridiculous.
Update: now, it's on them...
COMMUNICATION!!!! Waiting an hour for a SCHEDULED vaccine is insane. Be better or have more employees. It can't be this difficult.

This pharmacy does not answer their phones. On phone for 2.5 hours for the pharmacy & they hung up on me when it was my turn. Called back, been another two hours and still no answer.

The pharmacy is a completely disorganized mess. Unresponsive. Seem to spend a lot of time standing around staring at shelves in confusion, not dealing with customers or handling product. Other times they seem to be in a complete panic and are desperately searching for things that they cannot find. Very strange. Doesn’t inspire confidence.

I was inside the store on the morning of 9/24/25 and the pharmacy did not open at 9am. The pharmacist looked me in my eyes at 9am through the see through glass and the gate was still bot lifted until 9:06am and the Technician was NOT READY to assist customers as she then had to login to her system. Opening late is not a flex and never acceptable.

Couldn't find my prescription, then I get it called up there and they said 15 mins, now I arrive an hour later and they said 15 minutes... I will never be back again. This is time sensitive and you have taken all of my day

This store is very understaffed. Pharmacy wasn't willing to grab keys to unlock something. Very rude workers all together. The only person that is ever any help is the lady with tats on her arms and neck. She's very friendly with me.

After getting calls and emails that the pharmacy was temporarily closed, I tried to transfer my prescription to a local pharmacy, only to find out Walgreens had actually filled it. When they finally opened again, I waited for 35 minutes in the drive through only to get told as I pulled up to the window that the pharmacy was now closing and they refused to give me my prescription. This place the absolute worst.

DONT GO HERE - I heard the pharmacy tech say she will intentionally make a customer wait all day for medication her daughter needed!! I was told my prescription would be ready by 2pm and I showed up at 4pm and they still didn’t have it ready. Noticed another customer was told the same time frame and when she expressed that her pickup was supposed to be ready 2 hours ago, she was told to have a seat and wait another 45 min-hour with no garuntee that the prescription would be out today at all. When the customer left the desk, a gentlemen customer approached the counter and sweet talked the pharmacy tech into filling his prescription within 5 minutes (essentially “bumping him up” on the waitlist) then I heard the pharmacy tech tell him that the woman before him would be waiting all day because she had an attitude. From what I heard, the woman was needing to pick up the prescription for her daughter. Who knows the severity of what her medication was for but that is literally malpractice and unethical as a human and as a professional working in healthcare to deny somebody their medication that they literally need!! Could’ve been pain meds, insulin, or inhalers that this girl might’ve needed to literally SURVIVE. If you’re actively denying people of these things because your feelings got hurt that someone called you out for being late on the time that YOU confirmed to then - THEN YOU ARE IN THE WRONG FIELD

Went here once.
I waited in line for 20 minutes only for the cashier to walk off the job for being the only person on the job. The useless contracted security guard stopped scrolling and told us all to leave instead.
