I’ve never seen anything like this:( I’m in pharmacy school and have worked in a pharmacy for 4 years now, and I’ve never seen a pharmacy treat its patients this way. I went in to get my medication and there was a line of maybe 6 people ahead of me, as well as a lady and her very young daughter sitting to the side waiting for theirs to be filled. We stood there waiting for a while, before closing time. It turned 6 pm, and the technician with no care or emotion looked at everyone and said “he’s the last customer, we’re closed.” And then as the people in line tried to tell them “wait no we’ve been in line for 30+ minutes, my daughter needs this medication tonight,” the pharmacist walked over, didn’t even make eye contact, and shut the window. They didn’t even help the lady to the side who had been told to wait to the side while they fill her medication. I’ve never seen a pharmacist or technician just shut the window on people like that, especially when they’ve waited their turn for that long. The technician I can understand not really caring about patients, as they may have just gotten that job because they needed a job. As a pharmacy student, I was appalled by the pharmacist being able to shut the window on desperate patients like that. I can understand not helping people who arrived at or after closing, but any pharmacy I’ve ever worked in has helped every customer who was in line before closing time. There have been times I’ve stayed an hour after closing time helping patients, because we’re supposed to care:(

This is the worst Walgreens I been too. Multiple people had prescriptions prescribed days before and it was still not ready for pick up.

I came here for the first time on 8/27/25
The staff here bent over backwards to get my glucometer and test strips ready cause Medicaid is always the problem
They are extremely busy with plenty of other scripts that need to be filled and they have non stop been working since I came in around 5pm and back in again around 6:30pm

Called pertaining to very important prescriptions. The people that work here are extremely lazy and careless. I was in hold for hours. Sad how they treat customers with health issues who need their medications. CLOSE THE PHARMACY DOWN!

Definitely avoid - I would recommend West Pine Pharmacy.
I’ve never had a prescription pick up go smoothly here. Think DMV in pharmacy form.

DO NOT USE. We are from out of town and came down with strep while here. This pharmacy was quite literally a joke. Prescription was sent in before 10am and after almost an hour of complication was told it would be ready by 2pm. 2pm came…2:30 came…3pm came. Now have been sitting on the phone for almost 20 minutes “with more than 3 callers ahead of you” since 3pm. Quite honestly ridiculous when I’m trying to care for a sick toddler. Unbelievable.

The pharmacy staff doesn't do anything. They had one lady on the Registry that was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. While everyone in the back just stood around doing nothing. Long lines everytime I go in there.

Rude workers refused to have the pharmacist contact another location to verify if anyone had the prescription that I needed! I was told that all the Walgreens were closed except for them as if I couldn’t go right online and see which ones were open

The pharmacy is quite literally unusable. I had trouble getting prescriptions filled and they always seemed to close and reopen at random times due to understaffing, and then this past week they've just been closed indefinitely. Can't get ahold of anyone and every time i try to go in person they're magically closed.
I'm changing pharmacies and i had to have my doctor rewrite my prescriptions because they couldn't get ahold of Walgreens either.
The store itself is dirty, unstocked, understaffed, and yet busy constantly.
