The pharmacy doesn’t carry medication in stock always have to wait till Tuesday for the order to come from thier main pharmacy or the automated system says it will be ready tomorrow but never is then wait in line to be told that they will have to order it

This place has went down over the years. All the young hires and the manager is not no better. Disrespectful to customers and not knowing what they are doing correctly. Not explaining why fees have changed and get mad when you asked questions. I have been going to this walgreens for over 10 years and was told by the manager to take my business elsewhere in so many words, very unprofessional and no integrity at all. I even called the servise line to file a complaint and heard nothing back from them and it has been over a week.If i could give no stars

Sitting here patiently at Pharmacy drive thru almost 10 mins now & no one has come to window, there is no one in line on inside so what's the excuse

Very terrible service! Employees are extremely rude and looks like they hate their jobs. Very unprofessional. Paid for a rapid covid test for an international flight still haven’t gotten the results. Why pay $128 each for rapid testing if it takes them almost 2 days to do it?? On top of that we had to take the test ourselves and they do not allow people without a car to do the test.

There is no professional courtesy whatsoever here, I sit on the phone every time for minutes just dealing with their automated system & finally figured out that I can press zero but all this does is has me wait even longer, only 2 people ahead of me & I was on hold for 42 minutes! Just for the pharmacist to answer the phone with an attitude! Didn't bother to let me finish talking before I was interrupted by the pharmacist demanding a last name, didn't matter at all what I had to say! Tempted to go up go up there just to speak with him in person to see how he acts then!

I simply called to get a price check on a medicine and after many push-backs I ran into a question I wasn't sure and instead of giving me both prices she insisted I come into the store with the prescription in my hand. And hung up without a goodbye. I'm supposed to travel around 2 five different pharmacies to get price checks? No. All she had to do was give me prices for the two options. I just didn't have the information in front of me and I'm able to figure out which Price is Right. Instead I was given nothing but attitude from the start. I will NEVER shop at this location. I had heard good things and that was why I called them but apparently there is someone new or an overwhelmed employee.

Unfortunately quality and promptness has gone down recently. Specially in the pharmacy department. Service times have gotten extremely slow. Drive through window service in the morning is on average a 15 minute wait. Perhaps they are understaffed.

I simply called to get a price check on a medicine and after many push-backs I ran into a question I wasn't sure and instead of giving me both prices she insisted I come into the store with the prescription in my hand. And hung up without a goodbye. I'm supposed to travel around 2 five different pharmacies to get price checks? No. All she had to do was give me prices for the two options. I just didn't have the information in front of me and I'm able to figure out which Price is Right. Instead I was given nothing but attitude from the start. I will NEVER shop at this location. I had heard good things and that was why I called them but apparently there is someone new or an overwhelmed employee.

The other reviewer must be fake because this walgreens has always had extremely friendly and helpful staff both at the pharmacy and checkout. One of the cheapest places to get candy, and comparatively they have good or at the very least decent prices across the board.They said its "too expensive and cant findanyone to help them" But they have little to no control over the price of medication most of the time and even try to help lower the cost. Any other items around the store arent overpriced either. And there is ALWAYS someone around to ask for help.Its a shame someone gave this one star, they couldn't be more wrong.

Pharmacist Neil Vora is trash. This disrespectful pharmacist has zero concern for patients. Expect to be condescended to & treated like sh!t. I get tens of thousands of dollars worth of prescriptions from Walgreens and will never use this company again specifically because of Neil Vora.
