I've been in a lot of pain since 3:00 a.m. from an infection. Called my dr. at 11:30 a.m. Explained the situation to the person who answered and she said she'd have the dr. send an antibiotic to Walgreens on S. Lindbergh, where I have my prescriptions processed. They were to call and let me know when they called it in. I didn't hear back from them by 4:30 so I called again. The doctor called me back and said she'd been busy all day so she just called it in. I waited 45 minutes and called Walgreens to check the status. The recording said they "were working on it" and they'd call when it was ready but if I hadn't heard I could call back in an hour. I hadn't heard by 7:15 so I called them. The recording said the prescription was ready but they're closed so I have to wait till 9 a.m. tomorrow to pick it up. AT NO TIME DURING THE RECORDINGS DID THEY MENTION THE PHARMACY CLOSES AT 7:00. Now I have to suffer through another night. If it was ready, why didn't they call me before they closed?? I am furious! If I could give them zero stars I would.

This is my neighborhood pharmacy/quick stop store. They always have my medicines on time and I'm surprised to see them with a 1 star rating. Great friendly people that work there and every visit is a pleasant one.

I went in to buy a non-prescription solution. The price on the shelf was clearly marked 13.xx dollars.. When I arrived at the checkout the price had somehow magically increased to $21.61. After balking at the purchase, the clerk stated, "that is the rewards card price" Without a reply, I handed the bag back to the clerk, retrieved my 20 dollar bill and walked of the store, exclaiming loudly, Just forget it, I'll shop at Dierbergs pharmacy, They don't do the bait and switch tactics there!
